Ordering via kiosk only, phone number was required to place an order. Really? The place is pretty dirty, windows and the floor.
Manager is rude and disrespectful towards customers and certain workers. There have been many complaints about the terrible customer service and unsettling environment. Save your money and go elsewhere with better service.
Amazing boba and the food was also great. 100% would recommend to anyone.
The boba is pretty good, and the egg puff waffle things are amazing, but the popping boba is almost dry and it can be a pretty long wait for your order
It simply tastes bad. I ordered their signature Mr. Green Bubble milk tea, the milk tea tastes like water and the boba tastes worse than the instant ones you could cook for 5mins at home
Hailey was the sweetest, I’ve been to this location over 10x but never had customer service this outstanding from any of the other employees. Thank you for making me feel special! Hope I see you every time we come in for boba!

Out of boba when we visited on a weekend evening. My oolong milk tea had sediment and bits of tea leaves floating around in it. Unpleasant to drink. Suggest you look at the drinks you make before serving them, or have higher quality standards for yourself.
Mediocre boba and slow service. We were 1 of 2 customers, of which we ordered first. The customers that came after us got their smoothies before us... We just ordered milk tea...
