Walked in and walked right back out. The employees are very rude and obnoxious and too busy having a personal conversation and laughing out loud. Not even greeting either. Also this place has gone downhill a lot. They had 5 flavors to choose from and they all sound gross... not to mention you can't even sample them anymore. Don't waste your time!
Sorbet is the best. When we went, they were out of most flavors. That day they had a sale. Buy 1 get 1 free. We went not knowing this. Wife had regular yogurt.
Worst experience! This place used to be great-went last night with my family and half the flavors were out! Including the “chocolate covered strawberry “ one which they have advertised with big signs everywhere-no samples still, but can use the machines yourself-don’t think it’s COVID related at all-sat down and was told by the girl we can’t and there’s a sign-little sign you could barely see-yet all places next door you can sit in-ridiculous-worst part it’s now 61 cents an ounce! So expensive and I find it ironic I had to ask how much they were charging because they do have a sign up but the lettering is so dark you can barely read the cost-coincidence? Hmmm..what used to be a joyful experience is now so cold and not fun-won’t be back ever
Beyond the four realms is a land of enchantment and wonder. A land of fresh fruit toppings and candy mountains majesty where the yogurt flows with delicious flavor.Make sure you stop by throughout the year because their flavors change with the seasons and are served up by smiling happy workers that have been entrusted to guard this amazing dairy.There is much to do in this kingdom and ample places to park. If I could give zero stars I would!!!! This place is terrible!!! All the employees working on Dec 4th closing shift should be FIRED!!! Very disrespectful staff!!!!! I came in the store with my family and an employee was mopping a very heavy amount of VERY soapy water onto the floor way before closing. After we politely asked the employee to stop she gave us an attitude and very rudely said “that’s what mop signs are for”. I had my 2 year old daughter with me in the store and I said “ my daughter is 2 and has no idea what you are doing or what the sign means“ SHE LAUGHED ARE YOU KIDDING ME. IF MY DAUGHTER FELL OR EVEN TRIPPED ON THAT FLOOR I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE COPS!!! The teenagers then told us to leave after we asked for a phone number to call and complain and they claimed to not even know their manager!!! What kind of ice cream plac is this if a 2year old can’t even safely walk aroun??
They closed 5 minutes early i was here at 8:55 i rushed over there and thought i made it on time but they closed 5 minutes early. I know its only 5 minutes but i was bumbed out they could have let me slide
Nice “covid safe” experience!!! The girl who was there used the same gloves to text on her phone and make the yogurt right in front of us, wasn’t wearing her mask, and was hostile. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place

Hadn’t been here in a while and honestly won’t be back. Came with my family and they were so excited only to be hustled through as if we were bothering him. It was a very uncomfortable experience with the weird “safety “ precautions. It just felt very strange not inviting not enjoyable at all. I would recommend Blitzers if you are in Menifee. Always had a fabulous experience there, the employees, the product/selection and definitely the vibe is just better.
3 fro yo's was about 18 bucks. 3 gallons at staters costs less. Bad value. Especially for self serve.
