Chicken was ok too salty. Cheese fries were also ok. Service was great. Cleanliness was horrible aka the huge leak right above the drink counter that you had to stand by if you wanted a fountain drink or tea. Also the leak was coming off the tv into 3 giant buckets. 100% sure thats some kind of health code violation. Both bathrooms almost slipped but they did have wet floor signs ?
Sweet staff but horrible time. They said my food will be out in 15 minutes and it’s been 1 hour. I wanted my money back because I should not be waiting this long for wings. Genuinely hope they get better service and learn to be more quick. All the online orders got taken care of before us when we came a while ago. Horrible, I cannot believe this.
my third time within 4 years at this location! nothing change! too too too much ( seasoning and oil ) no more wing stop! poor quality control ……
this location was on point today. our first time here, dining in. fast. friendly cashier's. and the food was hot and delicious.
Ordered online 1.5 earlier. I get there, my order isn't ready and I have to wait 30 minutes. They said they had a new staff. Charge me full price, provide the service/merch. At the VERY least offer a complimentary drink or coupon for the inconvenience. This is the worst one I've been to and I have to many in various locations. Let me also mention the bag was dripping with oil. Just sloppy....
This is the worst wing stop I have ever eaten at ! my “cajun corn” were the driest thing I have ever ate. They are full of salt and the seasoning is so nasty and there is so much of it it’s ridiculous. they gave me 5 sad excuse of “wings” when i ordered 8. This chicken looks so disgusting. never coming here again and advise you guys not to as well.
The staff doesn't seem to really care, they barely answer phones and let lines build up. I stood in line for a long time after ordering my food ahead of time, paid for it, but was told that it would take 5 more minutes as it was being sauced. I waited 30 minutes in the store while other wings were coming out and being handed to customers. Eventually I get in line again and get someone's attention, to find out that my wings were sitting on a bag behind the counter the whole time. The wings were warm enough and still tasty so I am giving them 2 stars.
I could not have been more disappointed. I placed an order online and it indicated a 25 minute wait time. I arrived on time and spent 35 minutes past the 25 waiting in store for my food. I asked nicely about my order and was told that they were just waiting for my fries. 20 minutes later my fries were ready. Meanwhile my food sat on a counter getting cold and I had to listen to two staff members talking about personal relationships. They totally ignored the 6-8 customers continually waiting. I have never seen anything so rude.My fries were severely over cooked and there were only 21 wings in the 24pk I ordered.I will never order from them again and I highly recommend that the staff be given more supervision and some customer service training.
I’ve ordered at this wing stop 3 times and have gotten the same experience. Long waits between 1-2 hours. Manager never comes out to handle situations and usually sends back an associate with a very unprofessional answer. Not to mention I wasn’t the only one with this problem, multiple people had asked to speak to a manager but never got to speak to one nor did one come out to address the long wait for our orders. Terrible management and wait times. Associates would avoid eye contact with customers and had no accurate wait times. I completely understand how hectic it is working in the food industry but you would have less frustrated and angry customers if you would just let us know wait times are due to being backed up in orders and to expect a wait time of nearly an hour before we placed an order.
Walk-in to Wing stop, just to get water. But I end up getting corn an a drink too.If you haven’t had their corn. Please listen to my words….GO TRY IT…It’s not to spicy, it’s just right. I do suggest you order the 10 piece.Thank you to Tafu (beautiful name).She was professional and polite. Will definitely visit this location again.
