Management prepares your food while having their personal phone in cooking area, phones carry more germs than an actual toilet and these people go from touching their phone, answering calls and messaging, to prepping your food at the same time, with the same dirty gloves. Most Employees are young and new to the fast food industry, but if they see the “experienced” doing this , they will do the same, cashiers go from taking your order, taking your payment, too prepping your food with the same dirty gloves. I worked fast food as my first job and this was never allowed. Feel disgusted.
Wow! New store in Menifee off of Newport! This is a Grilled Chicken sandwich.. ughhhhh yea a HOT MESS .. 3 pieces of spinach and a slice of tomato that’s thicker on one side and thin on another. The bun is flat as heck! 1 st time going and the last time too!
Parking lot is ALWAYS jam packed on the weekends & you have to play musical cars with the people arriving to/leaving olive garden. The last straw for me was today i ordered a 10pc nugget & was only given 7. Unbelievable. I'd rather drive the extra 5mins down the road to the Mcall location than spend another dollar here.
New location located on Newport and Calle Tomas right next to Olive Garden (also new location). Lots of parking and drive-thru. Food was fresh and tasted great. I always enjoy Wendy's App which offers good rewards towards food. Shout out to our cashier today, Emily who greeted us with excellent service and super friendly! Fast and efficient service. I'm super happy with this new location, I hope management keeps this Wendy's a great one!
First time to this location, but I will be back. Everything was prepared well and was very tasty. I am a senior citizen and asked if they have a senior discount. She said 'No", but I got my choice of a cookie or small frosty. I took the frosty. That makes up for no senior discount. I have always loved Wendy's and this kindness will have me returning. I truly appreciate the gesture. Thank you
Food was decent. Service was meh. Stood there while three employees stood around a cash register just talking about personal life ignoring us standing right in front of them.
I only gave it three stars today. The burgers are great, they're so delicious! they're fries could have been better and I do not like giving any type of bad review but they'll see it and they'll improve. Also their new soda machines are terrible it looks like it's spitting out too much carbonated water on the mix, I had to go to the counter and get soda out of the drive-thru dispenser. Other than that everybody's attitude was awesome from the cooks to the people behind the counter good job everybody keep up the hard work let's get those soda machines fixed.
My husband stopped by to get us dinner. He said service was fast and friendly. We ordered the same thing only mine with no mustard, no mayo. They got my food order right and the kids loved their frosty's.
My order was wrong and they ending up charging me extra. Their breakfast food isn’t really good but the potatoes were pretty nice. Customer service was good but you can tell they need to get more comfortable with the ordering system
The new place is still having a few issues, primarily where technology is involved, while they get things fully up and running. However, definitely deserving of five stars anyway, because Tiffany, the manager, is magical. Anytime I've had the slightest issue, she's appeared in a puff of sparkly shimmering smoke, and gone above and beyond to not just fix the issue, but compensate heavily in my favor.Despite them still kind of working out the kinks, this has become my go-to spot for fast food in the area, and I haven't regretted a visit yet.
