Food was ok But The Service Was Atrocious, Disrespectful and Very Inconvenient. "We were asked to pull up to wait for order (Not the problem), The time of wait was a problem along with being told by the (LOD) On Duty Management to get out our vehicles to grab our food from her at the side door of the establishment (Wendy's Restaurant near Drive Through Window) as our vehicles was 2-3 steps away (Exactly where we were asked to pull forward to from the drive through window for there reasons unannounced to us)." As we insisted she completely commit to her customer service she Rudely declined & Repeatedly Gestured for one of us to fetch our meals with an extreme Attitude as well Totally disregarding any reason we may not be able (Per Reason one would use a drive through) to get out of our vehicle. We asked for the Manager on duty and any one above her to make a formal complaint & she said they were not here as she is the manager. (But gave her name with Disrespect & her Supervisors Name with Disdain) then walked away with a Condescending Have a great day, after we voiced we will be filing a report of our experience & her Professionalism. (We will provide the names to Her officials & or Corporate Office Only, For Now)..
The meat for the grilled chicken sandwich was paper thin and the fries were cold. Blah.
It had been a long time since I had Wendy’s, I forgot how good their fries are. Great customer service and food. Recommend it.
I love swinging by here on my lunch breaks I only get 30 minutes and from my work it's about a 5-minute drive and food is quick you never wait long it's in and out and they never mess up my order I definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone and that's the drive-thru so you know it's top notch service
If you are going to close early turn off your signage so people don’t waste their time thinking you are open. I am just going to assume you are closed from now on.
Well all fast food is becoming the same. I ordered no pickles no onions guess what that's what I got on my hamburger so I ended up paying $12 for french fries and a medium drink. Why can't they pay attention. I know most of them are barely 18 years old and their first job but it shows work ethic. I should have drove back by by then I was already at least 20 mi away. What a shame. So what would happen somebody that has food allergies. Who's the blame Wendy's? Or the guy that cooked it or the guy that placed the order. Not happy at all
Every time i order food for my family thy always forget something and one evening i had an issue with the night shifts employees they were extremely rude to myself when i told them they gave me the wrong sandwhich so they made the wrong sandwhich again.
Ordered number 5 sandwich, soon afterwards became very sick to my stomach. Chicken sandwich. Never again will I go there.
The Employee Named Gilbert!! Was Very kind he gave Great Customer Service !! and had a big line despite it, I can tell you he managed to provide the same service for each Customer, And the food tasted good ??
Good burgers, but $12+ for double burger combo.
