They have the best hot chocolate and it's made steaming hot! Service was fast through drive thru. Also trying the veggie egg bites.
I've been coming to this location almost everyday for about 2 years and this location is pretty bad. I would say at least 30% of my orders are wrong. It looks like they have a high turnover rate of employees. The lady who trains them doesn't do a good job. Which explains why my orders are always wrong. I've been going to Coffee Bean for over 20 years and this location makes me want to stop. The only good thing about this location is that it has a drive-thru but most likely you will have to get out of the car because they messed up your order...
All the customers are complaining that the place is ice cold. The employees say their GM is the only one who can adjust the temperature. What GM wants to run up the AC in cool weather?Terrible service, too.
Okay this is awesome I just came to an abrupt stop in my vehicle and the small delicious swedish berries tea I had in my center console flew towards the pedals on the driver's side and lo and behold little trooper stayed intact didn't spill a drop. Thank you coffee bean you guys are awesome and your products even the packaging is top notch
Iced chai with almond milk is my fave and they have the best ice when it's gone lol.
I love the drinks but these kiddos don’t hear nothing! How do you forget the Carmel on a Carmel ice blend ? My shots sometimes taste burnt! sometimes they use way to much ice then when you let them know hey I asked for no whip or anything to where they have to remake it there goes another barista complaining with an attitude about the remake because their CASHIER isn’t notating or ringing things up the right way

I got a iced blended mocha Frappuccino and it came out just the way I like it. This location is conveniently located in the shopping center East of the 215 freeway off of Newport. Service was fast and staff was friendly and helpful. You can'tgo wrong with this location. Thank you Coffee Bean.
