It's the 2nd time I buy a sandwich they charge me for extra avocado and they don't put any. Last time told not to put onion and the girl on front it's on her phone and don't even put attention.
A great selection of items and friendly staff. So happy to have a nice boba shop nearby. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is their Vietnamese coffee can be hit or miss; sometimes it's much more bitter than others, but beyond that I've always enjoyed my experiences.
My wife and I love this place but this last visit was very bizarre. The cashier asked if we were ready and when we told her we wanted to pick some donuts, she just stared at us from the register instead of helping us with the donuts. Then she said we need to tell her which donuts at the register, so we showed her which ones we wanted and she rang us up. Then she asked the previous customer which donuts she ordered because she forgot. The lady was frustrated and said nevermind about the drink she ordered and left without it. Then she went to get our donuts and started picking ones we didn't order, Like at all. Then she was reading the order screen and we had to re order everything AGAIN, and on top of that she re rang us after we had already paid and it was a different amount ??? Very bizarre and awkward. The store was empty with just us and the previous customer so they weren't busy. And finally when we opened the box in the car it was still mixed with wrong donuts.
We love getting our breakfast sandwiches from this location but we were there on Friday night 02/04 around 6PM or 7PM for drinks and can tell the owner or anyone higher up was in because the staff was very unprofessional. While waiting in line the staff of three girls gave three dozen donuts to "friends" and then had the nerve to act like they were charging them for the cameras so the owners of the shop wouldnt be able to tell. Thats when we knew that it seemed off and at that point its considered stealing if you have to act like your charging.. When it was our turn in line of course we felt it wasnt right for us to pay for our 4 donuts when so many were just given out. Usually dont like leaving negative reviews but wanted to make the owner aware of what is going on..
Very yummy donuts and drinks! Cute shop. My only criticism is a lack of vegan goodies ??
Best local donut shop, very kind and friendly customer service. Support local business...One day, my family and i went to dunkin (across the street)and my family was refused service for not having a mouth cover that is unconstitutional. So we left and ended up at Sweet Daze, was welcomed with kindness and kids were treated with a complimentary treat.
First time ordering from here and we loved it. Donuts were so fresh and delicious. We were excited to find out that they are right down the road from us! I predict that we will be making many more visits to this place!
I liked them well enough, inside was crowded and parking is rough at times. Felt like they did too much. Basic cold meat sandwiches, donuts, drinks, etc its odd to me.
Love the food/drinks but not their business practice, or desperation. Ordered an already overpriced Vietnamese coffee, which I love enough to pay for the price. However, when asking for minimal ice I was about to be charged $1.25 for less ice. Ridiculous. The +$5 for the coffee should already be enough to fill up the cup without ice. Now asking for less ice so I do not receive a watered down coffee I have to pay more? I wonder what would happen if I didn't want any ice at all? Perhaps pay double? I won't get to know because they lost my business despite the food/drinks actually tasting good. Wish I could give half stars so I could accurately represent their customer service.Half cup filled with ice. Watered down coffee. More ice cubes than stars I'll give them.
It's a small shop but with a very good selection of juices, smoothies, food, donuts. I've had about 6 different drinks and I haven't regretted any so far. The donuts are always fresh and really good. For the sandwiches I've only had tuna and some other ham one and they where really good. The service is fast to moderate depending on how busy it can get. Overall really good spot I keep coming back enough to finish out my free drink card ?. They stamp each drink which is awesome.
