I go to this Starbucks every single morning and have never a bad experience. The Baristas are all so nice and have the best customer service. Quite a few of them know my order by heart and always get it made perfectly. The drive thru line May look long, but it always go by fast. I hope my favs never leave lol! All in all, the best Starbucks I’ve encountered.
As an Uber eats driver, I’m here maybe 5-10 times per day. Seems like they have different teams on rotation throughout the week and while some are GREAT, others are not so strong. Today, Friday, March 25 about 10:30 am was the first time the team has been “unpleasant”. The big girl covering the cash register telling another employee “mind your business” made it pretty uncomfortable for everyone in the building, then I see the package I’m picking up was ready just sitting on the drive thru counter. After the 4th time the barista called out that Uber driver is here, she eventually just got it herself. The only thing good about this trip was I got through an entire chapter of my book (and I also got paid).
Today I went here for a remake because Ralph's starbucks did my coffee completely wrong. The manager took care of my remake and it was so good. It actually tasted better than how I normally get my coffee made. To the manager that made my day, I am extremely grateful. Definitely the best coffee and service I had in a while
There was a male that was taking my order and he was awesome!!!! I very seldom tip at Starbucks because of the prices are pretty steep already. I'm not rich nor am I middle class LoL but that gentleman was very kind and unbiased towards me.On the other hand the chick that called me for my order was very unpleasant and rude!!!! She acted like her S#!+ don't stink, if you catch my drift. Overall I thought the store and bathroom were clean and well stocked
Absolutely love this location. Fast, friendly service even when the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. My coffee is always perfect!!
The staff are always helpful and kind. Love how they give love to even my German Shepherd with his Pupachino (P Cup). Perfect place to get your morning coffee, best to get there early since it does get pretty busy

Great location but can be annoying to get in and out of this plaza. Now, service…this Starbucks should be on point because of its location but it just seems like they either never carry inventory of all their ingredients or they leave out something extra from your drink. Out of many times I have visited this location, only once did they have the drink I wanted but yet, it tasted like water (not an exaggeration either). Another time I ordered a Java chip and literally again, it was like water with the chips, I was floored to think Starbucks employees could do this frequently to orders. Today was it for me, when I waited 10 minutes in a long line at 1 in the afternoon and they only tell the car in front of me that they are closing but fail to tell the rest of us that were behind said car. I had to waive them down to ask if they were closing down the drive thru with just a yes, no explanation or apology. Rarely do I write reviews but just pretty much have had it with this location.
I’ve visited this location 10 times since moving here on 12/1, and not once have they had the menu items I wanted. I can go at 6:30 am, and they’re “sold out“. They really need to fix their inventory issues. The drive thru is extremely slow, and the drinks are hit or miss.
I don’t know the barista’s name, but the buff, Caucasian gentleman is very customer oriented, respectful, and took his time making sure I was well taken care of. He asked if I needed my receipt, if I needed my bakery item warmed or not (I’ve had the issue where some baristas don’t ask this question), and if I needed napkins (a question no barista ever asks). His calm demeanor, and attention to detail is what makes him different from the rest and a great employee! It was a pleasure to stop by this Starbucks and spend my time and money… something I can’t say of many places nowadays due to many people’s lack of customer service and rudeness.
