This Rubio's is on the corner of Haun Rd. & Newport Rd. in the Party City shopping center near Pieology. Plenty of parking, lots of seating and a nice patio. Shout out to Ryan who was very attentive and helpful with the menu. We tried the California Bowl w/Chicken, Shrimp & Bacon Burrito and a side of Nachos. Everything tasted fresh and was very satisfying. We did struggle to find a wiped down table but wasn't s big deal at all. Overall we had a good experience at this location.
First time at this Rubio's the food was very delicious. We had the shrimp bowl and regular tacos.
When your out of something let me know before I order it lol. Kinda unprofessional but it’s a fast food place, not an excuse thou! Do ur job right. Replaced it with 1.5 spoon of corn. Should have been a full cup for the inconvenience…..but whatever. Customer service and cooks aren’t the best at this location.
I was so looking forward to the shrimp burrito...but very disappointed... hardly any shrimp in it for 10.00 and when we came into the place...waited to get our order taken while there were 5 or 6 workers doing phone orders...we waited...not being acknowledged...? wow!
The food taste amazing!!! I normally get the California bowl and usually it taste good but this time it was amazing! Whoever made the bowl did an awesome job! Made my day!
My experience was not that great. As I was sitting eating dinner a lady came to pick up her order and the employee had put so many things in the bag the stuff fell out of the bag. The guacamole went on the floor the chips went on the floor so the employer gave her new items the lady left. the employee went home she never cleaned the floor there was seven employees behind the counter and all of them came walking around the spill items on the floor and they never cleaned it up I was there for about 10 minutes after that happened and when I left it was not cleaned up very disgusting. And then while I was there one of the employees noticed that there was a container of guacamole on the front of the counter on the floor that was still close, he picked it up and he put it in somebody else's order and that is so disgusting because that already have touched the floor and their floors are not that clean.
False advertising. Price gouging. Employees in charge would not honor the advertised price of $32 for this family meal. I believe false advertising is illegal. Change your signs. Be honorable with your prices.We walked away from this deal.
Rubios food is awesome, and all of their restaurants are consistently good, this store included. Every once in a while you have to wait a few minutes when ordering pickup, when they're very busy, but not long and not often.
This place is being run by the inmates, service was the worst. Problems with my order then it took forever for two tacos, when I went to the counter to check on it the girl who was flipping tortillas at the grill was on her cell phone! No management to be seen. This pandemic has killed customer service.
Service and food are above average but they need an improved drink machine!
