Everyone was So Friendly Kind, And Awesome. From the agent over the phone, to the manager at the restaurant, to The young lady who bought my food to me curbside was so nice and friendly, such a sweet young lady and a jewel for the organization. The Monster Burger was an amazing Birthday Perk and it was made perfectly.YOU ARE ALL AWESOME.AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
We wanted a good burger and we were tired of the same old fast food choices. We had been to the Red Robin in Menifee before and had a mediocre dining experience. We decided to give them another chance. Turns out it was mediocre once again! The fries were old and we had to request to have them remade. Service was lackluster and we had to flag down our wait staff multiple times. A staff member came by and picked up our drinks to refill them and then disappeared! All in all our dining experience was MEH!!! Two strikes and they’re out - we won’t be coming back.
First time at this location but we will definitely be returning. Food was great but Service was above and beyond! Our waitress Chloe was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great customer service. The whole team was very attentive and helpful. Best service we’ve had in awhile.

I really want you to thrive!!Red Robin is charging a premium for your sandwiches…. If it contains bacon, you should actually cook it fresh. I ordered a BLTA and it was delivered to me in under 2 minutes and I am pretty sure the bacon came from the microwave. Bacon rules. Cook it fresh and make your place smell amazing!! If you pay $14 for a sandwich it is worth waiting for and it should have a lot of love in it.Thanks again. I love this Red Robin and the Managers Dave! Lindsey, Kendra are all amazing!!
Had lunch here the other day, and it was great. We'd missed Red Robin since they closed their San Diego county location near us several years ago.Our server, Robin (for real) was the best, and bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect.
Since this is a national chain, the food at this Red Robin was very much as expected, good but not spectacular. Server was quick, friendly and efficient, and she took very good care of us, even knowing that 2 of the 3 of us were there for free birthday burger. All in all, very pleasant experience.
burgers are great but I have never tried a salad I'm trying to eat better and I got a southwest salad the chicken was good the avocado was good with the pictures of green lettuce like Romaine I got nothing but yellow whitish Iceberg so I won't be getting that again the letters looked bad I don't like to ask for something to be ready to be done but at $14 I should have
Menu has changed a bit. Added pizza (we liked it but have had better) and took off their clam chowder (bummed! I loved their clam chowder).Still a decent place to go.
Great customer service! Had some minor issues ordering on the phone to pick up. So they couldn't find my order when I put it through but when I showed up they took care of me professionally and fast! The girl at the front this past weekend was very helpful and understanding! And of course the food was great as always!
First time there tonight. The server was very nice and was on his game. He had napkin, condiments, and refills on time. Very good service. However, their employees where you check in to.wsit for a table are not super friendly. Place is clean, has atmosphere, but for some reason, the whole vibe in there was off. It was kinda dull. Maybe turn the music up a little. Good was good temperature, but the plates weren't filled for your buck. They had no presentation in their look. Just 3 chicken strips and fries. No spunk.
