I hadn't been to canes in a while. Although tasty, the chicken was not crispy. The Texas toast was soggy. French fries were tasty however they were not crispy. Seemed like the food was no freshly cooked. It was a bit disappointing.

Edit: Canes contacted me and fixed this issue. I just hope it never happens againUsually we have a good experience ordering online for pickup. However yesterday I placed an online order and when my boyfriend got there to pick up the food it wasn’t there. He asked one of the cashiers and they told him that they never received the order and to pull up the app. He then told them the order was placed through the website and they said that if the order wasn’t placed with the app then they didn’t receive it because the app allows them to track and can give them an idea of when to make the food. He showed them the confirmation email and a screenshot I took of the order confirmation on website. After trying to put the blame on us for about 5 minutes, they said that maybe someone else took our food and he had to wait 15 more minutes to get the food. Apart from having someone else steal our food, he also had to deal with the incompetence of the employees there who didn’t even know we could order online without the app.

Raising canes is my All time favorite food!!I stay craving raising canes ! The Texas toast is so delicious and let’s not forget the great mixture with the canes sauce. The chicken is so nice and juicy and all the time. I’ve never gotten my chicken dry. The fries are so perfect and omg their lemonade is BOMB !This is the nearest location to me. 24 min drive all the time even if they open the one in moval it will be the same distance. Really hope they open one in perris. Thankfully this place is always fast and the line moves pretty quick.

Chicken was mediocre, fries where cooked in consistently( dark and light, Crispy and soft) soda fountain was low on carbonation. Manger was awkward, I watched him touch the trash can walk outside and then walk back into the kitchen after digging around in his pockets, I sure hope he washed his hands... not coming back anytime soon.

Great chicken sandwiches, the sauce has a pepper flavor and is very tasty even on the fries. Only thing I would change is adding an option for pickles. I always go out of my way to stop here when traveling from San Diego to Riverside.

Ordered 6 strips and got 4.... how you going to charge me the amount you do for finger size tenders and then not give me what i ordered and paid for.. never going back. Daves hot chicken is better anyway.

First time here and was disappointed. The chicken tenders was good yet pricey and extremely small. It cost too much money to be almost the size of nuggets. My brother was disappointed as well and said this was not the normal size tenders he's used to getting from Canes. Very disappointed in the size.

First time at Cane's, heard so much hype, but this was probably my last time.Very busy Friday evening at the Menifee location.Got two box combo's, chicken was luke warm and rather flavorless, fries were stone cold. For $22.00 would have been better off at Five Guys for great burgers.

I was in the drive through and a guy decided to pull right in front of me and the people who were working the line just let him cut and continued to serve him like usual. I asked if they could serve me first since he obviously cut me, and they just didn’t care and didn’t try to do anything to help. The one male worker told me there was “nothing he could do about that” and the female worker laughed in my face. They also preceded to make fun of me and didn’t care about the situation at all. Then to top it all off the fries were stale and they charged me for a jug of sweet tea and 4 other drinks that I didn’t ask for. I do believe that they did this on purpose so that I could “learn my lesson” when the person in fron of me was clearly in the wrong. If I could give zero stars I would, because the staff there is rude and they don’t care about other’s well being.

I've never stopped in before because the lines are always crazy long, but today I took a chance. I'm glad I did. Though I'm not a huge fan of chicken tenders (because most of the time they're dry and overcooked), Cane's may have converted me. The chicken was moist and tender, and the breading was prefect. Not too greasy. The toast, fries, and coleslaw were all quite good as well. And the sauce complemented everything fairly well. My only gripe is that I think the sauce may be too rich for the chicken. I wish they had a honey mustard or bbq sauce for dipping instead. That would've made it perfect.
