Over priced for what you get. Salad a splash of dressing Togo with brown lettuce. Sandwich looks like it was all slapped together with barely anything on it. I keep giving this place chances and it always disappoints! Way too expensive. 2 people lunch time with 1 drink 35$. WillNot be back! Quality is terrible.
Chicken in the chicken salad was gross. The soup was barely warm, I was served a brown apple and my spoon was dirty. Our ringer went off for someone else's order and we had took their plates unfortunately, then brought them back. Last, our order took a long time and there was hardly anyone there!
Came in about 15-20 minutes before closing and staff was incredibly sweet and accomodating even though they were out of some things for the day. Great food!
First and last time I’ll eat here, literally nothing on my sandwich! I could bake a better sandwich blindfolded. I also asked for a full size meal not the choose 2 comb and they still did what ever they wanted in the order!
Ordered 2 half salads, a HOT CHAI TEA LATTE, & a cinnamon roll. Got to drive thru and they gave me my bag but forgot the CHAI TEA. I had to park and go in & let them know I did not get my CHAI TEA. THEY fixed a drink quickly and gave it to me with an apology. I got home only to discover it was COFFEE WITH CREAM. This is not what I ordered!!!! I’ve been trying to call them for half an hour and the answer I get is they’re not available. This is soooooo disappointing !!☹️☹️
Good bread bowl. Wish they would hook it up with a little more soup for the to go bowl. Not sure if you get more when you dine in, but the amount I got I was still hungry afterwards.
The white classic bread is delicious. Seems expensive at around $8 but is really two full sized loaves baked as one. Stays fresh for about 5 days.
Always like this place! Quick, convenient, great menu options. They're not exactly known for great portions but I got the pizza which was decent sized.
I usually love Panera, but this store is awful. We ordered 2 Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwiches to-go, and when we got them home and unwrapped them, they were haphazardly slapped together. Nothing was actually inside the bread itself. It was clear that they never actually put the sandwich together, just threw the ingredients into the wrapping. We thought that it might have been a mistake or a one-off, so we tried again and got breakfast a few days later. When I got my bacon egg & cheese sandwich, it was missing the egg and the bacon. It was a cold bun with a slice of cheese on it.
Love the tea and coffee I had spinach and artichoke souffle today. Wonderful. Plus they are patient with me sitting by myself working for an hour and don't bother me except to politely clear away plates.
