I did curbside service tonight. Overall it was ok but not great. OG is close but not quite to the 5 star level. The carryout person was definitely new but making every effort. I've never understood why restaurants put a new person in carryout alone. Huge improvement on food as I requested extra sauces. Important note....definitely request extra sauce for curbside and takeout. You will have dry food by the time u get home if not. Tiramisu was very good tonight. No strawberries served with the strawberry cake....hmmmm that should be a no brainer! Overall good 4 stars
When we visited this location, not too busy. Our server Karen, very nice and friendly. So efficient! Love their lunch special with their unlimited salads, soups and breadsticks. Highly recommended to visit, A++++++++. Most likely will visit this location.
Went to olive garden in Menifee first time very clean wonderful service food was warm and delicious love it our server was Claudia she was amazing. It was our daughter's birthday eve she is very picky she loved the food and service and if you don't want to wait long make sure do online check in from home its very convenient
My family had been craving Olive Garden for a while but it was alright. This location has only been open for a couple months. When we arrived at 7pm on a Friday it was a two hour wait for 8 people. It ended up only being an hour though. New, gorgeous inside and out. I understand they are new and it was a busy Friday night but the service was not that great. The girls were nice but they forgot my brother's drink all together, and then they only brought half the food out at once. Half of us got the Tour of Italy but two of them looked a little dry and then the rest of our party had to wait like 15 more minutes for food. It was my sister's birthday. They had at least 6 people sing happy birthday to another party but when they sang to my sister it was only one waitress and they gave her dessert in a to go container. It was a mess. The only outstanding thing was that they made my sister's drink, an Italian Margarita, extra strong for her birthday and she thought it was really good.
New location on Newport Rd. & Calle Tomas next to Wendy's. We went during busy dinner time, had to wait long (about 1 hr)... we went with that in mind so we didn't mind waiting to be seated. Service was great despite how busy it was, staff still managed to be attentive. Restaurant is clean, plenty of parking. Food was amazing with great presentation, fresh and delicious with that unique Olive Garden taste. Overall I was very satisfied with their service so far.
The employee's were all very friendly and accommodating. However, I put our group on the on line wait list at 3:00 PM but was not seated until after 7:00. We waited for over an hour to be served and most of the dishes we ordered were not available. .The food was good, but not at Olive Garden standards.(There was no finger licking at this meal. )As I said before; the employees were amazing, with big smiles and lovely dispositions. The restaurants ambiance was very nice. It was quiet in our back little corner. So, perfect little place to visit with friends and family. We probably won't return. I can't imagine why they built the restaurant so small and awkward?
We waited an hr to be seated. They said it was because of seating restrictions in their dining room. While as we were seated EVERY table was filled. It took us an hour to get our main dishes. At the same time my granddaughter got her ravioli in a very timely manner. Her mother ordered the same thing and it took an hour. How could that be. The parking lot was jammed packed with just about all spaces for "to go" orders. They seem to be moving them in a timely manner so that tells me "to go" customers are more important. I don't know if there was a problem in the kitchen but that should not be the customers problem. With a bill totally more than $70.00 we were extremely disappointed. No manager coming around to see how everything was.
Visited a few days ago. This new Olive Garden is SWAMPED! We local residents have a pent up OG jones and now we have our own. Service was quick and people are getting in fairly fast considering the wait lists. We took the bar for a quick late lunch. Everyone on staff is on the hustle serving with friendliness and courtesy despite the customer load.
I know this is a new restaurant and hasn't been open long. It is a beautiful new building but it is a very small restaurant. We decide to go there because we were giving a CO worker friend a good bye party. We had originally a party of 17 so we were watching there website on the waiting time to be seated. I left a little early it get a reservation and give them plenty of time to get a table before the rest of our party showed up. We all gathered In the bar while we waited for a table. Getting a table was the biggest joke I had ever seen. At first they could sit us together, then they could, then they couldn't. It was not busy when I first got there, but after waiting 2 hours it started to get busy and we all were getting really hungry and tired of waiting. They finally did find us a table after we lost 5 people of our party. They did take our order right away and we did get our food fast. Then it was time for us to pay. All the bills were messed up and our waitress went to lunch so some of us paying cash had a hard time paying and getting change. I know it is a new place so I do hope they get it together soon. I would suggest this place to friends with a small party because the food was still good.
Crowded but worth it. Our server Melanie was great! Service was superb, very nice place for family to enjoy a good meal. Tried all their soups and order the 5 cheese meal which was delicious. Recommend and will definitely be going back.
