They were fairly quick, I'll give them that. Food was decent. But imagine putting fries in a happy meal upside down. Lol. Like why? It doesn't even save the employee any time. All it does is make it more difficult for the child to get them out.
So my son loves toy story and has tried getting a buzz lightyear toy in one of his happy meals. We’ve come 3 days in a row and unfortunately wasn’t able to get one.My 5 year old went to the counter and asked the worker (Asian guy - I’m only assuming so he gets the credit) if he could exchange the toy that came in his happy meal for buzz. The worker stopped what he was doing to go find buzz and delivered.I’m so grateful and happy that this worker made my son’s day! Thank you a million times over??
I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with this McDonald's I feel they deserve it. My husband and I went through the drive thru at like 2 in the morning after coming back from the hospital in San Diego. Neither of us had eaten all day & I wanted a cheeseburger lol This was Friday morning at 2am & whoever the cook was at that time ... You are the real MVP! I have been to many many McDonald's in my 49 years of life & this was hands down the best I've ever had. The food was so good. Fries were fresh & perfectly salted, perfection! The girl working the window was really nice too. Good job guys ??
This place has the longest line I have encountered at a fast food place. We waited more than 30 minutes. We couldn't get out of line because we had cars in front of us and cars behind us.FAST food means you get it ........fast!
Good luck getting your food. Average wait time through the drive thru is 30+ mins. Poorly managed.
My experience was awful. Ordered only 1 quarter well done NO CHEESE. waited!!! And receive a charcoal patty with 2 slices of American cheese ?. Bottom line... I feel bad after eating a trash burger the replacement. The mgr was not helpful. Yucky!
Close to home, but the drive-thru ordinary isn't so bad, last visit was horrible food was cold, and didn't get my order right, but got a free hamburger ☹
Absolutely the worst mcdonald's around. They refuse to do any order 1 hour before the breakfast. even online order or even drive thru. They always make the orders completely wrong! Shouldn't expect much from McDonald's workers but this is getting ridiculous!!
Placed my mobile order at 11:37am. 10 minutes… no food. Other cars pull in and get their food within a few minutes.20 minutes… still no food. Get out and go in. Cashier says my order is not even showing on screen. Talks to food line and then goes to help customers standing in line to order.10 minutes later she comes to me and says she has to re-enter my order so they can make it! You mean these 10 minutes I stood here after you talked to your crew about my order and it wasn’t to have them make it? So now I have to stand here LONGER while they make everyone else’s orders who ordered AFTER you found out there was a problem with mine?No. Give me a refund.Who’s the one suffering though? Me. Cuz now it’s been half an hour and I have no food. I was kinda hungry when I ordered and now I’m starving. But I got my money back.It’s too bad this is the only McDonalds in a decent radius from my house or I’d never go back there.
We went very late and enjoyed our food.they were very clean, efficient, and definitely made our day.
