The young man manager here today 5/27/2022 @ 6:09pm Mc Donald's. # 4698 here in Sun City on Bradley Rd did Not get his name was very efficient,patient, super Nice courteous and Kudos for him and his staff he was on the front line working and overseeing that everything was working well attentive especially to customer Service Once again KUDOS
This McDonald's has always had good service the times I've gone. No messed up orders. They have a two speaker drive through so the line seems to go a bit faster. If you are eating inside it has always been clean. It is also 24/7 which is always great for those late night munchies.
At this particular location.... whomever is running this shiz show needs to be fired. I would love to run this store and be able to open up the lobby. It's pure laziness that is keeping this store from bringing in much higher sales. Don't get me started on quality standards.
Fish sandwich tiny squirt of tartar sauce and a tiny piece of what should be cheese melted on bread
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to hands down !!! They need to FIRE everyone, get bulldozed and something be built in its place. EVERY time I would go here, I had to wait to the side for my order. It wasn't a matter of IF I had to wait but HOW long I had to wait. It was so bad it became a running joke with my fam. Or my order would be missing items. Never an apology or acknowledge they made mistake. These ppl don't need more money so they can get paid more to mess up simple orders.
Very impressed with the McDonalds app. Approximately 10 mins., wait time for curb side pickup. Food was hot and order was correct including napkins, Catchup, etc!Note: With Covid-19 going around. Forget indoor dining! But the app., makes up for it. Just need a little patience!
I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, mcgriddle, add Canadian Bacon, & mustard.It only was egg & buns. Had to drive back, was by hospital on McCall, on way to Homeland.Shift lead/mngr took the sandwich, ketchup packs and bag. I paid for an extra same sandwich.Got corrected order. 2 sandwiches and mustard packs. No ketchup packs in bag.I asked why the lobby & outside eating area were closed. She said that they are short staffed. Signs by drive thru said hiring at $18 per hour.
The morning shift employees hide and pretend the McDonald's is not open so I see them lose alot of business..online it say this McDonald's is 24/7...so at 5:15 in the morning why is it always closed...I think the workers take it upon them selves to hide and get paid to do nothing. Sad they need a real manager....WE NEED A NEW MORNING MANAGER APPLY WITHIN
Not 24/7, they always cancel orders from delivery apps, and night crew is the laziest in my opinion. Unfortunately its the only McDonald's closest to me. Going there is a hit or miss. Needs new management. I'm sure im not the first to complain about this issue.
Horrible place to go to. I don't really complaint much but I have to say about what I experienced in that place with honesty. They always screw up your order. All the lady manager don't care about your complaints even they get the order wrong and they don't accommodate the customers rights. Those managers are not very friendly to me and unprofessional. I hope they do make some changes over there, because if they don't they just ruin there reputation as a franchise.
