Fire everyone and start over. Terrible service. Orders are always late. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I order online to save time instead of waiting. Usually don't have any issues. Lately the crazy bread breadsticks have been undercooked and look like nubs clumped together instead of actual breadsticks.
I just had a terrible service here, this worker name Sarah With glasses was so rude to me, I waited 20 mins...she got my order wrong and tried to double charge me for what I originally paid for she was not trying to apologize nor correct the mistake just basically shrugged her shoulders as said oh well and to make it worse I was getting ready to buy a drink and she started shouting for me to put it back because I didn’t “buy” it, I explained to her I was getting ready to purchase the drink and she did not apologize nor correct her attitude just terrible experience.. I come here all the time I’ve never inquired such horrible service, the bread sticks had no anything on it, they were so stiff I could knock myself out with it ?
I usually don't critique most food places since I'm a grab and go customer who usually buys whatever is the special. However, going to this location ruined my appetite. I ordered the front page special for 7.99 at 6:26pm on a Saturday night. Website said it would be ready 6:56-7:01. Walked into the store at 6:56 exactly so they wouldn't skip me like previous times. I wait in line a little over 10 mins and he tells me they are just now loading it into the oven. 20 minutes later a woman decides to write down the names of people waiting for pizza after a guy complains he's been waiting there an hour since he first ordered (4 pizzas + dipping sauce). After collecting 6 names, i yell my name and she turns around and walks to the back, not even surveying the crowd and acting like she is being rushed even though no one is being pushing including the manager in the back. She comes back after looking for 4 orders(multiple pizzas) to bring up (all multiples pizzas) then asks again for names of people waiting on orders only to take 1 name (not including me and the person next to me that also heard me yell and felt sorry) and runs on back to look for more orders (Again, no one is rushing her to search for their orders). Then she asks if anyone wants to START a new order AND that it would be ready in 30 mins (despite over an hour wait time on a single pizza order). Finally my car passenger comes in wondering why it's almost been an hour. And I say the front desk lady is trying hard to avoid looking for my order (the one pizza). She looks at me and asks why I haven't been yelling, to which I know is obvious bait to get an emotional reaction. I tell her she, "walks away every time I give my name", while she decides mid sentence to turn around and look for more orders. She comes back AGAIN and asks my name (which I have now given 3 times). She says "I think I saw that one" as if rubbing in the fact that she is ignoring smaller orders (They yelled out the name of a double order of the 8 dollar deep dish). I also am not wearing a mask, thus not muffling my voice when speaking to her. She says "I need to get the sauce" as if that is not already standard for the Caesars special and readily available. She comes back at 7:46pm with my pizza without any condolence. That means my one pizza was cooking for 40 minutes and that my order from placement to received was 80 minutes LONG. ONE PIZZA, EIGHTY MINUTES, NO CUSTOM ORDER
I wish there was negative -5 stars I could give. They never answer the phone. You can’t truly customize a pizza on the mobile app.I have to walk in to order.I ordered a custom stuff crusted pizza.They give me a deep dish rectangle pizza. Dude! Seriously.The manager then said (I don’t think she thought I could hear) just cut the corners so it turns into a circle. Wow.Oh, and they were 25 minutes OVER the promised time of 25 minutes. I saw five people working so they def were not short staffed.Horrible experience.Horrible management.
I only picked 1 star because you had to pick something in order to leave a review. This location in HORRIBLE!! I ordered pizza that took 2 hours to get. I ordered 3 deep dish pizzas and what I got was 3 pizzas that were not even full size, they were about 1/2 the size they normally are. There was room in each box to put a whole 2nd pizza!!! I have given this location multiple chances and will not be ordering from them again!
Little Ceasars is supposed to have pizzas hot and ready. I've been in there 3 time now. Right when they opened at noon. No pizzas ready. Dinner time no pizzas ready. Honestly the pizza is pretty good but doesn't compare to many other chains. The reason we go there is convenience now that isn't working properly we won't be back.
Horrible location. Doesn’t deserve to be open. I waited for almost 2 hours for my order to be told that they lost my order and had to remake it. I waited another 30 minutes and after checking again, found that they never remade my order so I finally gave up got a refund. I would give them zero stars if I could
This store is pathetic! You can't order online and they don't answer the phone, so your only option is to come in, order, and WAIT. The store itself could use some fixing up, it looks pretty shabby. The pizza was the same as any other Little Ceasars
This location is always packed, and the staff tries their best to hustle with all the orders, they take a while due to the orders, you will see them working hard, on a side it's a plus because it means always fresh pizza and better taste, but they also should clean their workspace as they go
