Unfortunately every single time I go through the drive-thru here something goes wrong. So far my experiences have been: all lights off in drive thru and parking lot, when I let them know they said it was out of their hands, orders are never correct. Yesterday the drive-thru was cash only and cars were backing out. I decided to go inside and there was a huge line and employees were gathered up front at the register trying to figure out an issue. I left. I am giving a two stars because the staff have never been rude, however I feel there is poor management/training here.
This location can be a good choice... when they get my order right. Which is 20% of the time. So unfortunately this is tge Jack in the box location I stay away from, I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another location even though this one is nearby. The management there doesn't care about being g tactful in front of customers and curse at their employees (I've witnessed this on numerous occasions). If you stop here check your order before pulling out of the drive-thru.Because the doors tend to be locked during business hours.I love Jack in the Box but just not this one lol!
Honestly I need an actual number to call management. No one answers the-number that’s online . I ordered food for my kids paid about $38. Just to get home and find out that my food was missing and incorrect. I went back they gave me a bad with my “missing food” I go home and once again the food was incorrect. My 5 year old chicken nuggets were missing.I
I normally order from the Jack in the Box app. Most of the time I ask them to make a minor change to my order that I can’t make an their app. And they normally do it. Sometimes your service is too slow. But overall I’m happy with their service. So I recommend them.
I stood at the counter to be helped for at least 7 mins before I left. I was the only one inside to order. No one even acknowledged my presence. All the workers were working with the drive thru people, not me the only one inside to order. So I left!
The drive through is disgusting there is spit loogie style that's not cleaned off the brick work right under the window were you pay. It's been like that for months. Either clean it or paint over it. It makes you lose your appetite.
Good Experience! Fast, friendly and exactly what I wanted. No problem customizing my order. The Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake is not a frequent choice for me as a lunch. However, it all was perfect - just the quick comfort food I needed.
The drive through boards are absolutely filthy with insects all inside the frames, their machines are always down and forced to be cash only. I wouldn’t recommended coming here because the employee’s here make it seem like you’re an inconvenience when you try and order your food.
For one reason or another the drive through seems to consistently be closed even though it's supposedly a 24-hour location.Once it's past 9:00 p.m. you're better off going to the Jack on Newport
I had the homestyle ranch chicken sandwich. It was delicious, came with tomatoes, lettuce and ranch dressing. It was hot, juicy and so big I could hardly finish it. Try it, you'll like it.
