can't do with out my morning coffee and freshly made chicken nuggets in the morning, love that they burn my mouth lol thats how I know they are fresh, and crispy.
This place is little understaffed. They got my order correct it just were running around to get it. Only complain of God is the ordered tacos boy or boy were they greasy
Wouldn't put some strawberry in an oreo shake I ordered. A super simple request. Went to Carl's less than 3 minutes away and they did it no problem. Go to Carl's
Absolutely the worst food I've ever had. I ordered two regular burgers, a medium fry no salt and a large drink. One of the burgers looked as if it had been stepped on and they still served it to me. Both burgers were very cold along with the fries being cold too. Also, the burgers barely had any mustered or ketchup and had no pickles. I'll never go back to this jack in the box
Andrew the lead was extremely unprofessional including his cook and cashier. Started off good at the speaker I asked for a minute. Placed my order which was One simple item mocha iced coffee add caramel he did not respond to my order so I drove up. There was only one car ahead it was slow he then gives me my drink and right off the bat I noticed my drink was super dark it had way too much chocolate syrup. I laughed and asked if I can just get a regular caramel one instead and that bothered him. He said well that’s what you ordered did you not see the screen. That was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional when I asked for the manager he said he was the lead and i could call Dominique in the morning. I said ok. So I asked him how many pumps of Chocolate syrups do you add to the pitcher of coffee? He’s response was i don’t know the cooks do it. How are you a lead and not know? I’ve worked with jack for many years and left recently he had an attitude for no reason. All while his cashier is giggling in the back and his cook was telling me to let him slide. He then proceeds to tell me how to order my coffee as if I was the one that ordered wrong. When the drink was not made correctly it looked like straight black coffee with a ton of chocolate syrup and a drop if that of cream
I actually went to another restaurant nearby on this day but Jack in the Box has a decent menu and I have eaten at this particular one before. They maintain the brand standards well.
I would give zero stars. ? chicken was rock hard like they just heated up left over chicken in the microwave . Tacos were COLD! Breakfast sandwich had a sticker on the bun!!! Ordered a few sausage patties and they gave us burger patties. so nasty!!!! ?
THEY GAVE ME THE LEFT OVER FRIES, COLD FRIES NOT EVEN WORTH IT. THE WORKER HAD AN ATTITUDE SHE WOULDN’T GIVE ME THE SAUCES AND GAVE ME EVERYTHING SEPARATE NO NAPKINS NOT EVEN HANDING ME NICELY THE ORDER. I bought these at 11pm. So not worth it. Negative stars
Jack's is the go to place. Always quality food, vast selection and open 24 hours.
Majority of the time, service is very good. However, I did get shorted one time when I ordered several tacos in the drive thru.
