Slow service. Last three orders were wrong. This morning I ordered a breakfast Jack and I got a Biscuit with just cheese. No meat. This location and its staff are a joke!
If I could give zero stars I would.I've been coming to this jack in the box for years and never have I had to degrade myself to knocking on their locked door, calling their location and no answer and then finally having to walk around to the drive thru window and wait for a car to drive off to get my debit card that they never handed back to me to begin with. Really?! Please train your employees on how to handle money in all forms of payment. Extremely unprofessional! I'm sure these employees wouldn't like it if they had to beg for their debit card to be returned to them. I'll definitely be checking my account to make sure no additional charges were made.
Every time I come to this location early there is always a problem. It’s either “sorry our system is down” or “we can only take cash” or “sorry we are closed”. Why have posted hours of operation if you are consistently inoperable during those hours. Trash
Something needs to be done at this Jack in the Box. It has now been 45 minutes since I placed a mobile order. Yes...45 minutes! They are continuing to process drive-thru orders but no priority for dine-in, carry out or mobile orders. They claim short staff but I have seen no less than 8 or 9 people working, including the shift manager who is not managibg very well. This was at 7:00 on a Friday. I understand the rush, but 45...now almost 50 minutes?Update - it was over an hour between placing my order and receiving my food. They took so long my order actually disappeared from their screen. Absolutely ridiculous.
Worker Aron did amazing job. Was so kind we talked about my day and also helped me pick out food. Very good costumer service and also needs a raise. Will be coming back again

Good is never fresh anymore and they are soooooooooooo slow. Literally rather drive across town. My wife has been gone tonight for 45 minutes for a shake and it’s .3 miles away from the house.
Didn't go to Jack in a box. Went to gas station nearby. Seems Google Maps not too accurate.Anyway, the building looks nice from the outside and I saw people going in and out. None looked disappointed and so I give it four stars.
My order no matter what is messed up. The people always have the doors locked or it takes about 20 minutes to get my order and everything is horribly packaged
I never done this before, but it's way too annoying to not say anything. These guys rarely give me the right food. Love jack in the box but every time I go there they give me the wrong food. I hate myself that I always forget to check the bag. Im sick of driving or walking home to find the wrong food in my bag.
