The worst experience today. The employee was miserable and rude and the tables were unwiped and dirty. I will never go back

I don't normally leave reviews for fast food, but I have to now. I've started treating my family to this location as they are far superior than the one closer to my residence.On this specific visit, I was greeted in the drive-thru by a very friendly females voice. At the window, I asked an employee for a military discount and he punched it in for me. The discount was larger than normal and when I asked about it, Michael told me he accidentally gave me a 25% discount, but that it was alright. Whether accidental or not, I really appreciated it as I have a large family and it can be rather costly to eat out.Anyway, this location always has the friendliest and most professional employees of any fast food joint I've ever visited. They've never messed up my order, and every time I go, their service is top notch. Michael and his team of coworkers definitely deserve to be recognized for their dedication to quality fast food customer service.Bravo Zulu Michael and team, you all are truly a shining example for all other fast food restaurants to follow.
A drive through shouldn’t take 45 minutes. These are consistently the slowest employees I’ve ever encountered.
Drive thru does not have NFC payment system but they do have one inside.Update: drop another two stars, my most recent visit I paid for a triple BBQ burger and only got two patties; previous visit last week they over charged me for my order. Most employees at this local need retraining.

Great service and prices
Drive thru had just one car, figured I would get lunch. It was fast, ordered myself a Jack's Spicy Chicken Sandwich by itself and my little one the tiny tacos. Food was hot and lettuce was fresh. It was perfect for a day full of errands.
This location has consistently nice staff and fresh food.
Everyone was very pleasant. Tables were clean, the restrooms were open for use.
