We were greeted very warmly by the manager, very nice lady, out seating area was very clean and free of objects. My biggest surprise was when coffee arrived, hot and tasty, just the way we lije it.You need to hear this, IHOP in Murrieta and Lake Elsinore have a lot to learn from this fantastic restaurant. Our food arrived just how it was ordered and pancakes were hot enough to melt the butter on top.QUESTION, why are you different? Perhaps others can also chime in!Thank you for making breakfast on friday morning enjoyable again.
We came here on Saturday at noon. Place was busy but they still had plenty of tables available and we didn't have to wait to be seated. Our greeter and waiter were superb, food and drinks came fast and were delicious. We got tritip and crepes. Our favorite. Paid $90 for 3 people plus tips. Good place as long as you don't come for breakfast, wait time is up to 40 minutes if you do.
IHOP has a long tradition, or should I say existence? In the past if my memory does not fail me, their food in general was definitely better. Today, after insisting on the part of the ladies in the family, I returned after many years hiatus I returned but I would not say triumphantly, for the food left quite a bit to be desired. I do not blame the after effects of the pandemic, or even the pandemic when in force for the lack of culinary skills on the part of the cooking crew, or even the quality of ingredients used, for I strongly believe in those who want and know how to deliver good fare.Service was prompt and accommodating throughout. Food:Grilled Chicken VegSalad, $13.29. Lady who ordered it liked it very much with Balsamic dressing. Nice serving, carried half back home. 4 Stars.Farmer Hot Sampler Breakfast Feast?, $15.99. This is where the boat started taking in water. Big and link Sausages, nice amount. 1 strip smoked bacon. A couple of pieces of ham. Two eggs over medium, Sourdough toast, 2 Pancakes, that truly have lost all appeal regardless of how much butter and syrup used to help. Really sad for once upon a time this was their stellar choice, many recipes ago. All the meat sweating with oil/grease (whichever sounds nicer), flavor average at best, mediocre at worst. Not a pretty sight, bite. 2.5 Stars.Seniors Scrambled Eggs, 2 Sausage links, 2 pancakes. Our lovely senior eats like a lumberjack but in actuality is a 120 lbs beauty. No pauses until plate is consumed absolutely. 3.5 Stars. Total with gratuity was dangerously close to big 50. I’m sure they have plenty of items the fine customers enjoy, but I give this place 3.5 Stars.

Food was cooked perfect! We were seated and served very quickly. Everyone is very nice.
The food was okay, but the service was terrible. The waitress treated us as if were there begging for food. She got the order wrong and practically threw the plates onto our table. Lousy service, last time I visit this location.

Amazing, our server was so nice, we were in a rush and had to make a quick morning stop. Good food, fast service, and very polite servers.
