Pleasant Employee taking orders explained to me that they only make one batch of sweet tea a day, when I asked where the sweet tea was. I informed her it was a staple of the franchise.The Hero sub was made as if there was a shortage on Mayo and Deli mustard.I will consistently give only one star to establishments that leave high schoolers running things and deciding things like not making sweet tea, because they don’t feel like it.They did end up making a batch of sweet tea before I left, but that was a 30 minute process.
Got here about 15 minutes before the shop opened. The door was locked but as I walked away I was called back the owner who stated the were ready to open so I could enter. I felt a bit guilty because I was using a T-Mobile deal that offered a free medium sub with any purchase and they opened the doors for a less than average sales ticket. The service was absolutely great and the sandwich fantastic. It's not my first Firehouse sub but I question why I still stop by Subway. After today's experience this will be my new go-to for subs. Thanks to all who were apart in changing my sandwich destination.
Ordered a sub at 839 pm after work. They didn’t close till 9. My door dasher went to pick it up at 9 and was told all recent orders were canceled. What horrible customer service ! It takes 5 minutes to make a sandwich and my order was well before 9. 2nd time I have had a horrible online ordering experience with this place . Go to jersey mikes! Better subs and better service !
Did a phone order over the phone, and by the time I got there, my order was ready to go!! The guy I was speaking to was Micheal, turns out he's not only the manager, but the owner of this business??!! Very nice guy. Wanted me to know he has a new staff and there are going to be changes for the better here. Mostly shorter wait times. ? I told him I really like coming here, I feel they do a way better job on making sandwiches than the one in Temecula. My family and I enjoy coming here and appreciate the hard work. Thank you.

Best customer service I have ever received from anywhere I've been. Super friendly and informative. The woman that closed today specifically. Deserves a raise because she will definitely bring customers back with her friendly service. I use to be a subway person but will come here now
Went into the spot and I just wanted a SMALL meatball sub and a soup and my boyfriend wanted a medium sub. We got home and opened the bag and NO SOUP... I called and started to go over the order and that was when I noticed that they charged me for a MEDIUM meatball sub, a COMBO and the soup! NEVER requested a combo!!!! The man stated they could only refund me for the soup and I would have to drive all of the way back to the store! Not happy at all! I will never go back :( Great when they over charge you and under serve you! I stated that I didn't even ask for a combo and he could have cared less... Said he gave me a drink so he would have to charge me for it. I filled me cup with coke and it didn't taste good (I normally drink water and tea only) so I tossed it as we left, didn't even drink it. Horrible experience to say the least.
Very friendly people but I had a simple order with only bread, turkey and lettuce and nothing else but they forgot the lettuce so I only got bread and turkey for over $5. Love the mission and all the money they have raised for Cal Fire!
