I ordered a big family meal and also tried to order the bigger sides and manager (short female) would not sell me the bigger size container saying that they are not in the system to sell. Which doesn't make any sense. I have bought them at other El Pollo Loco locations. This is the first time coming here to this location. I do understand that every location is different owner. I guess some owners are more stingy than others. SMH
Double chicken avocado salad was amazing perfectly spiced a few pieces of chicken was hard but overall was great... had 2 legs on the side I leg perfect the other was so overly burnt it wouldn't break apart.. over all good with food ... however the employee that rang me up & got my food was obviously had her mind on something else since I had to repeat order 3 as and asked 3 - 4 xs for condiments
After waiting over 40 minutes in the drive thru, and paying something like $8.99, I get basically two greasy fried corn tortillas. So sad especially when I just left stater brothers where I picked up my Easter prime rib for $6.99 a pound. Hummm $6.99 for a pound of prime beef or $8.99 for two fried corn tortillas. Get a grip El Pollo or at the very least speed up your drive thru and serve good quality food like advertised in your ads. Otherwise jack in the box has 2 tacos filled 4x as much for $1.29 also DISCUSTING but at least has some filling in it. My goodness WAKE up or shut down. Stop wasting peoples time and money!!!!! It's not rocket science

Pink hair lady that takes the orders makes everything really complicated I ask for macaroni and she keeps repeating smash potatoes then when she gives me the order no forks or spoons or napkins. Real smooth. Thanks.
Worst pollo loco of the region!!Don’t mind the wait (more than 25 mins) if the food is fresh but was given wrong order (a breast and 3 skinny wings instead of 2 breasts and a wing) and to top it off chicken looked liked it was cooked in 8 hours before.Rather drive to Clinton Keith store than to do thjs one again! Horrible experience!
If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Corporate really need to check in on this location. I'm not the first customer to place an order online and was unable to pick it up. After not getting the meal I paid for, the restaurant stated they are not able to refund me my money.I now have to go out of my way to call my bank to void the transaction. Shame on you ALL.
The birra promo was a joke. The broth they gave you tasted like chili without the beans and meat. It took them way to long to prepare the meal. The 2 pc platter look like a child’s meal. The chicken was dry and tasteless. Their so called chicken nachos look like mush and the chicken they used felt so dry and stiff. This was our first and last time we set foot in a Pollo Loco. The name says it all when translated this company is crazy thinking their serving chicken
The service was horrible I sat at the window where you place your order 15 minutes no other cars in front of me had to drive up to the pay window to put in my order. all that they messed up my order I had to turn around and go back make them fix it. The little manager on duty was nasty had to calm her down and let her know she was not going to be disrespectful to me. Horrible service. This is the one in Menifee California.
Every time I buy chicken at this store it is way over done. Almost impossible to eat Almost impossible to eat. I go every once in awhile to hope it gets better I go every once in awhile to hope it gets better and it never does. And the service is slow on top of it. And it never does.
