We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 stuffed cheesy breads and their bread twists with dip online to have a quick dinner. Three of us have to work early in the morning, and we eat dinner as a family every night. My husband went to pick up the order and was told the food was going into the oven; he followed the tracker and returned inside when it showed it was done, at which point he was told the tracker did not mean anything; he was told it'll be ready in ten minutes. He returned and was told it would be another ten minutes by a third employee because it was going into the oven now. After waiting for a long time another employee went to check and brought him the order but it was still missing a pizza. He was told we are running a promotion, and we are understaffed, and my husband said that it wasn't his problem and that he has been waiting for over hour along with two other customers who were also unhappy. When the food finally made it home, there was still an item missing and two items were incorrect (Which was my husband's fault for not checking).??
Not sure what's going on with this location. I've had to cancel two orders after 1 hour+ of waiting for delivery. Pizza never even got out of the "Prep" stage.Franchise owners need to sell this to someone who cares about the business.
Pizza is great, but customer service is deplorable. I once ordered a pizza and it was taking an excessive amount of time. I tried calling to cancel, but no one answered. I continued call, 15 times over the course of 2 hours logging a total of 40 minutes worth or ringing and no one ever answered. Went in today and the phone was ringing, no one answering. I told the guy "you know that's really frustrating when you're trying to call and no one answers" he just said "yeah" and still didn't answer. After he helped me he went back to doing what he was doing before and still didn't answer the phone. Another time I tried to do their curb side pick up and no one came out to bring us the pizza. Tried calling, texting, called corporate, etc. After 15 minutes it was clear no one was going to bring out the pizza.
Ordered 4 pizzas. Simply reordered my last order a few weeks ago. Received 3 of the 4 pizzas with no cheese and no sauce!! What kind of pizza is that? I used the app to complain and see what can do. They gave me 60 reward points for a free pizza. Spent 50 dollars on 4 pizzas, get one 6.99 pizza for free. Doesn't seem fair at all. Should get all pizzas refunded to me, or they should have remade the order. Who wants dry burnt pizza?? Seriously dominoes??
This store just can't seem to get it right. I decided I'd give them another chance after my last botched order, I should have known better.I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with sausage, onions peppers mushrooms, extra cheese and sauce...this is what I got. (see picture)Kayla, the manager wouldn't take the time to talk to me, I was on hold 30 minutes until they closed, then disconnected.At least I got 60 "reward" points because no one brought out my pizza at all better yet in 2 minutes, they couldn't find my order when my husband went inside so they just grabbed the first one they had that matched the size. The points mean nothing since I'll never order from Dominos again.
This place has gone so down hill!!A couple times ago I put in an order, they were 20 minutes late on the order. Last time I went before tonight,... they wouldn't answer their phones to place an order. Tonight, I placed an order for 3 people over the phone for pickup. The girl took the order and I even had the order repeated. She told me it would take 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and they couldn't find the order. The girl at the counter asked if it would be under a different name. I said no,... and I repeated what the order was. She looked through the computer and all the other orders that were ready. She says,... "I don't know who you talked to, but its going to be another 30 minutes,... is that ok?" I said... "no it's not ok! I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes... 45 minutes ago and now you can't find it and want me to wait another 30 minutes??" I said "Cancel the order that you can't find!"Been going here for years!... but no more!Save yourself frustration and time and choose another location folks!
Like another person already said, this place never picks up. Both my parents and I on separate occasions have called them in the evening hours and they just do not pick up. My dad was on hold for 45 minutes one night and they never spoke to him even once to place him on hold. He finally gave up.In what world is this okay? It's not like we can call another dominos because this is the only one tht pertains to our area I've called others and they say they can't deliver outside of their "delivery area". So thx for being the worst.
Nathaniel and Carlos are very rude they forgot my sauce and then said he won't refund for sauce. Like if I paid for it why can't I get refunded? Thats some bad management if you ask me. You don't have to be rude and you should of found a way to compromise. SMH it's very sad when businesses are already slow and management is rude so now they lose customers ?
**WARNING** ive called the manager and asked why multiple times my orders are cancelled after 11pm even though they are open until 12 and her answer was " we don't have any drivers" I also then asked am I able to pick up my order without it being cancelled & the answer was " pick up orders end at 10pm" so I then asked what are you guys doing until 12? & her answer was "were here cleaning up". But what she doesn't understand is this has happened to me 3x now in a span of 2 years. So why does this location continue to say they are open until 12? IDK, beats me. It seems in reality they close at 11pm. Management doesn't seem to care I guess. Definitely calling it quits for this location from now on. I've learned my lesson.
Great crew. Been with this Dominos since 2009 or earlier, cannot remember how long. My favorite pizza and bbq chicken wings store
