Came last night about 7 ish food was cold not that that good… Woke up this morning with food poisoning be very careful… I hope the manager sees that you really need to train your people you don’t serve cold chicken to people this is very bad!! Your staff is very under trained… Nothing was ready nothing was available… Lines out the door not enough help… But the worst thing is the sickness throwing up diarrhea really bad I am very upset with your service and your food I will not return
Don’t ever go at night, everything is extremely dirty, food everywhere and the staff is extremely rude. The customer before us was trying to order food and they did not care about any of his requests, he left upset and the staff said they met their “quota” for the day and didn’t care if he left upset. The food left was a mess! Food everywhere and mixed together, they would even use the same serving spoons for different items. We left right away and ordered next door at panda which was very clean and friendly. If I were managing this store I would be extremely embarrassed and quit because you clearly don’t know how to manage a crew and keep customers happy no latter the time of operation!
Got food poisoning.Went to a buddy's house on Saturday for a party that was catered by Chipotle take out. Over the next 3 days 4 adults and 2 children got sick. Diarrhea, vomiting, fever, chills, body aches, stomach cramps, the whole nine yards. I will never eat Chipotle again.Fernando Palagonia.
Disappointing. Priicey for cold, overcooked steak inside corn taco shells that looked and tasted like they came out of a box of pre-made taco shells at a grocery store.Tables and seats not cleaned off and standing puddles of water around the beverage bar. Sloppy and kind of nasty environment. Not crowded for a Friday evening. Now I know why.
Always enjoy Chipotle, and this visit didn't disappoint.We went during the lunch rush, so there was a line, but it moved okay.
I tried this location today. Idk what they did differently with the steak or if I just got a bad piece but it isn’t edible! Horribly tough! Very disappointed! Won’t be going back to that location.
Won't be coming back here. ? I ordered tacos for pickup. Instead of putting them in a container, they wrapped them in foil. Literally just threw in the ingredients I asked for and balled it up in foil. The tortilla stuck to the foil making an even bigger mess. Extremely disappointed. I also ordered 2 kids meals which come with chips and a drink. Didn't receive them at all. Horrible employees. They weren't even busy.
I normally don’t like to write bad reviews but the last two days have been absolutely ridiculous. TWICE i have placed delivery orders with this store (yesterday and today) and TWICE the delivery driver was at the store and my orders were canceled. I got nowhere with the customer service reps. They hung up on me before i could ask what was going on. I LOVE chipotle and order it at least once a week. But this was SO unacceptable.
My food was cold and dry my order was put together with no care sloppy mess supper disappointed as a whole
Just had a huge preorder tonight from Chipotle on Haun Rd. I’ve never been disappointed with this chipotle but today was not good at all.The rice had some hard pieces, the chips were stale. They actually left the chips off my order. It was a sign I wasn’t suppose to get them because they were stale!!! Should have said never mind.Not sure what’s going on but my daughter said she had chipotle at this same location a while back and it wasn’t up to good standards as it has been in the past.Please take pride in your food chipotle cause we love the food when it’s good!!?
