EXTREMELY MID. The girls in the front weren't inviting or friendly. Lol kinda just ignored me until they felt like doing there jobs. No shade. The worst part is the food. It was very mid. Very little sauce and the fries were trash just hard and cold. And my order was ready at 10pmI was there at 9:55pm . So I'll never order take out again. Something they do better when you dine in. But the way the front was I doubt it.
Excellent service, good food, and good entertainment
Ate here like any other night, the tables were busy but the bar had a lot of open seats at the time we were there, we needed ketchup and we didn't see a server around so we went to grab some from the bar where no one was sitting. My boyfriend went to grab the bottle and while he was walking back to our table the bartender who was a middle aged ginger dude yelled loudly across the restaurant telling him he can't take the ketchup from the bar not even for a little squirt on our plate. Can't even use a little bit and also didn't even try to help us get a different bottle or to get someone to get one for us. Just straight yelled as if we were stealing from the restaurant. As a paying customer, this was extremely rude, there are better ways of speaking to someone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST BARTENDER AT A RESTAURANT. Will not be going back to this location. This bartender should not work in customer service needless to say.
Tables open everywhere and they claim it's a 45-1 hour wait....ridiculous will just go to the one down the street in Murrieta and get seated right away. And don't call by the way they don't give wait times over the phone....owned restaurants and worked in family owned restaurants since I was 7. Never took the wait time courtesy away from guests in order to make their lives more convenient.
Alexa was so sweet. Very attentive to us and she speaks Spanish. Super awesome. She smiled and got us what we needed. We need more Alexas as waitresses!
very nice place, the service is very bad They let you wait a long time to serve the drink, the attention is bad, I asked for a drink as a child and they did not give it to me the food is good
I was looking forward to my celery and ranch, only to find this ugly looking celery! I hate ordering to go.... its like they know they can get away with giving out nasty food ?
Been here a couple times and have had a great experience. Ordered the orange chicken boneless wings, girlfriend ordered the traditional buffalo wings. The drinks are good, service is great, atmosphere is of course sports energy, as well as the decor. Definitely recommend!
Really good drink. Was pleasantly surprised on how good drinks where. But the food here is just horrible. Fries they gave me where not fresh . They came super hard and broke like they where once stail. Failed to mention certain seasoning used in certain foods. Burgers aren’t bad but not satisfying. Hard pass on a place to eat for food. But definitely 5 stars in drinks area .
We were served by Patrick and this man delivered perfect service! I honestly have not received this great of service in years! The food was good as usual but really hats off to Patrick for making my meal so enjoyable!
