I went here this morning for Father's day. Placed 4 orders: blueberry pancakes, bacon pancakes, cinnamon roll french toast, and apple pie french toast. The person who took my order repeated what I ordered. She said 20 min got there in 30 and it wasn't ready. Waited another 20 to 25 min. I left a 20% tip. I checked the food and there was a side missing so I went back in. Waited another 10 min. The cinnamon roll french toast is just a cinnamon roll with nothing on it. The apple pie french toast has no flavor. No cinnamon or sugar. It tastes like egg toast. I won't come back. Didn't even eat 2 meals because they were nasty
Sat at the counter because I was a party of one. The initial service was fairly fast. After ordering the server took about five minutes to bring me my coffee and water. After that the service was horrible. The food came out less than warm. I asked my server to refill my coffee. She brought me napkins instead. I ended up asking the hostess for coffee due to the fact that my server was not to be found. When I got the second cup of coffee it was cold. I then asked the manager to bring me a hot cop of coffee. She didn't bring it. Just continued re setting tables. I don't think I will be coming back here again. I will not recommend this establishment to friends or family.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, my friend and I went here for breakfast and they were pressuring us to leave because they were having an event , 15 minutes after our food arrived they kept coming to our table to bring us the bill and to pick our plates when we weren’t even done, horrible experience as a customer never going back to this place, they just don't value they’re customers. Worse experience ever we felt very bad, and they still had the nerves to charged us for the food that they took away.
It was a horrible experience. After being told we would have a 25 min. wait we opted to sit at the counter. We waited over 30 mins for our food. It wasn’t busy. My food was cold. I went to use the restroom and it was GROSS! It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in days! For the high prices they charge I expect better. I won’t be going back.
I have been going here for years and have usually loved the service. My order totaling $62 was cold and made wrong. Their compensation was replacing one of the items $14. Will never go here again!
I understand breakfast spots are popular so the 45min wait to be seated was to be expected. But once we finally did get seated we didn't even know who our waitress was for 15min. Then after we finally put our order in it took almost 30min to get our food. Staff was friendly but to wait an hour and a half from arrival to food on the table is just kinda crazy. Food wasn't bad but probably won't be returning unfortunately.
Went to the Breakfast Club on an incredibly busy holiday morning. Wait was a bit longer than expected but it turned out to be totally worth the wait. Service was exemplary in spite of the kitchen being backed up a bit. The staff communicated with us every step of the way, so we knew what was going on. They worked seamlessly as a TEAM to ensure the best service possible. They checked on us to make sure we were happy with our food. I left impressed out how they were able to manage the crowd and maintain great/friendly service.
Always a popular place.. Tried pickup. Omelets & Wet breakfast burrito are excellent options.Would NOT recommend Creme Brulee French toast. Did not travel well - French toast was soggy and cold while other food was fine. Maybe if sauce was one side but taste was also bland.
