We were greeted politely by a male teenager. After taking our order he proceeded to scoop out the ice cream without wearing gloves and allowing the long sleeve of his shirt to slid along the inside of the ice cream container. When he finished he reach out with his ice cream dripping hand for our money to pay for the ice cream.I asked to speak to the manager who was in back of the counter with 3 other employees talking. I expressed my complaint regarding the behavior of the employee the manager apologized, however the lack of hygiene and employee training was terrible needed to be noted.

I had ordered an online cake and it was perfect. Also, when I had went to pick it up I got a large cappuccino blast. Let me say, it was the best cappuccino blast ever. The cake decorator was very nice and the employee helping me out was very kind. 10/10!
