Great food great atmosphere as always, however, if you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. There were about 20 plus booths open and three couples waiting. We waited 20 minutes to get seated. Staffing shortage. Seems like Applebees has not updated their policy on how to manage people, on a holiday weekend, literally only one server for the entire restaurant. 2 hosts, bartender, bus person, but only one server. I asked my son why he didn’t apply to Applebees as a waiter and he said because they pay minimum wage. Not sure if that contributes to the problems they are having but, the manager was interviewing in the booth next to us. My wife said she saw many people come in and leave because of the wait. Seems like higher pay may help.
It's Friday night so there was a little bit of a wait, but the crowd was happy and calm so it was no problem. Enjoyed excellent service super thumbs up to Kyle. Steak was juicy and tasty and fabulous! Ribs were just a touch spicy for me but they were still really good. I just couldn't eat very many. Had our constant favorite which is the wonton tacos if you have not tried them you absolutely have to. Again a little crowded but what do you expect on a Friday night in a popular place.
Great service especially for being Mother's Day. The wait was about 50 minutes to an hour but worth the wait. Our server made sure our drinks were never empty. Food was delicious and grilled perfectly. Ordered Salmon plate with crisp tender broccoli and red skin mashed potatoes, both 6oz and 8oz top sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, burbon steak topped caramelized onions and mashed potatoes.
We ate here because it was close to our Marriott Fairfield Inn across the street. We could almost walk to it, but we drove it was hot. Plenty of parking right next to the restaurant. The menu is varied. The service was just okay. Our server Isaiah A was professional, courteous, and helpful. He had a tendency to disappear on us. Paying the bill took too long and we had trouble wither device on the table ( not user friendly). Good place for salads and an inexpensive meal.
the prices are ok the food is geared to the older crowd. The help is always good and ready to take your order
Food was Delicious!!.. But waiting⏳ time sucks big time there, and then, they lost our name for our table, we waited for over and hour, it's seen that old lady working the front was not sure how to handle things at all!. Tons of people waiting for tables, not know why when most the restaurants tables were empty, they must of been short handed in employees!!..
Food is always delicious... We did an order and pick up this time and when we got to the car we noticed we were missing the kids drink but before my husband could get a foot away from the car the employee was already approaching him with the chocolate milk. The milk could have been a little bit colder but with such great service, it was late night too, we wouldn't dare complain, plus our toddler usually likes warm milk anyways.
My Bourbon burger was way over salted and fell apart once I picked it up. My wife's cheeseburger was over salted as well. Our fries the same. It took about 30 min to be seated when there was well over 12 spots available for my family. The wait staff was nice, but it did not make up for the food. Not really happy spending $90 today.
First thing I heard walking in there is two ladies saying what takes so long do a chicken wing order. I sat on the bar I took a minute. The bartender needs to clean up. And the food was ok. There's no kareoke or ladies night which is lame I understand the bartender. As for the gm. No show. 25 bucks
Forced to give them 1 star but really they deserve none. Half the restaurant is empty but the wait is still 45 minutes. The hostess will offer seats to others coming in but won't say a word to you. If you request a table they will give you a booth. And they will look annoyed after you correct them. Just a bad experience and will be going elsewhere next time.
