I visited the Newish Virginia Hills Starbucks and it was huge compaired to most I've been to. We ate inside, lots of social distancing space ,just show Vaccination Card and I.D.
It's 2pm on a Sunday. None of the staff is smiling nor acknowledging anyone who walks in to the store. 3 separate employees look at me, but doesn't say hi. They all need a lesson on customer service. My order was mobile and wasn't ready. That's ok, but when it looked like they weren't busy, I walked up to the barista (2 of them) and asked if they received it. One looked at the other and he says "oh yeah, here it is" and starts to make it. I was only waiting aboit 5 minutes inside the store and no one asked me if I wanted to order, or if I was waiting for an order. Where's the supervisor? If you're the manager reading this, you need some good people here.

The new day time management needs an award, and probably a raise too. The service and consistency here is absolutely outstanding, much appreciated.-The Guy with the Husky Dog.
I'm addicted to frappuccinos. But I'm not rich . I still pay the $6+ dollars at least twice a week . If they were $4 I'd probably go at least 4 times week . Consistent quality and service is a plus too .
