Coffee is good and pastries are good, but the staff is not very good at following instructions. A simple request like, put in 1 inch of non-fat milk required at least three follow-ups and I still didn't end up with enough nonfat milk.
Ordered green tea lemonade and ham and cheese sandwich from the app. Found out that they have me the ham n cheese croissant instead but drink was good.
Consistent quality product, nice people, convenient location (for me).
They don't clean the outside tables even after I asked them a couple of times.
It was the wrong time for a relaxing cup of cocoa.....the high school just got out so downtown and Starbucks was over run with kids. Not that any of the kids were out of control or disrepect-ful.....I just dislike when some ones butt is on the table some one will eat at. The baristas were almost the same age and lacked the ability to control/ cor-rect the kids in the store.
I usually like this place, but sometimes I feel ignored here (like today). So I went to a different Starbucks where I was helped immediately

I don't know if the lady was being rude but she never let us know that our drink was ready. The customer had to let us know that our drink was done. If you can't say the name, at least say the drink that we order right?
Nice Starbucks in a quant old downtown area. Nice area to walk around if you can ignore the load trains. Enjoyed the outdoor seating on a cool morning. The indoor seating and bathrooms were open. Service was pleasant and spot on. Would use this location again.
Pretty quick service, tables needed wiping down, great job with order. Overall worth visiting.
