I usually order from the Jack in the Box mobile app for efficiency's sake, choosing to pick up from inside at the counter so I can bypass the usually long line at the drive through. Lately I've been finding the dining area to be locked despite the mobile app and Google relaying that the dining room is open from 6am to 11pm, not to mention there's a sign on the window saying the dining room is open and no visible dining room or drive through hours are posted outside the building. The service is otherwise better than most other places I go, but this one inconvenience has been ruining my experience so far.
These gals serving via drive thru are so spot on . My orders are always correct and my friend always hot ! I give their service a 5mg mmmmmgood!
Over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and still waiting for my food to be cooked.
Jack,If your going to close your 24 hour store at night you can at least turn off all the lights and update your business hours. I was hungry and now I'm hungry and sad.
I went through the drive-thru, ordered a fish sandwich with cheese and ketchup; I was very specific. My order was correct on the screen. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich, it was slathered in tartar sauce, which I can't stand. I called to tell them and to ask for a credit. No one answered the phone even though there were no less than 3 employees with in view when I ordered. I know people are having bigger problems that tartar on fish, but how hard is it right?
Ordered their new bacon combo and 2 spicy chicken cluck sandwiches, but unfortunately it was a long line which made me late for work so I just took off instead of checking the bag and of course they forgot the 2 spicy chicken cluck sandwiches and now I don't have enough food to last my 12 hour shift.
This place can be a hit or miss.Staff members aren't always happy to see you. Last night I went and the two people at the window where just not having it. They got my drink wrong and told me next time they wouldn't be able to change it do to being busy or they would charge me extra, mind you it was their mistake. After that, I was trying to pay for a second time because I usually check my receipt to make sure I didn't get overcharged or incorrectly and well obviously I couldn't receive one because there machine didn't even have paper in it !!! Took them long enough for me to just drive off without one. I guess they don't know where to find it ? Who knows.
I love the staff at this restaurant. And the food is good.. however ..the corporation cut corners with menu items so much and then jacked up the prices ..it's not really worth what u get. HEY CORPORATE YOU THINK WE DIDNT NOTICE ALL THE HAMBURGERS SHRUNK IN SIZE BUT ALL WENT UP!! OH AND BRING BACK MY PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM BURGER PLEASE.

This place is pretty darn toot'n amazing. The staff is nice they are quick and clean.I might be addicted to the new jalapeño poppers they have.
