I really like the food and the setting, but they serve the food in single-use plastic boxes (even "for here") that aren't even recyclable. Please use real plates!!They also have an incentive program to use glass jars for coffee, but wouldn't fill my jar that wasn't purchased from them (what??). Seems like performative greenwashing to me. :(
Definitely my go to place for ice cold coffee with a twist and not to mention the awesome customer service and she is so helpful and kind with really good recommendations for those of you that are into cold or hot coffee they got you covered. Also the outdoor seating is cool with social distance in affect
Try the bacon panini or the avocado toast! So yummy! The cinnamon macadamia iced coffee too!

place is a little pricey but it is honestly worth it.i was having a rough wednesday morning and i hadn’t eaten breakfast so i stopped by this place. I had the avocado toast and the chocolate mocha and let me tell you! the chocolate mocha was perfect! the chocolate and mocha go very well together and no flavor overpowers the other. the avocado toast was absolutely delicious, i felt very happy after eating it and that was because i realized that i was eating a very well crafted breakfast. i’ve been struggling with my mental health lately and i havent had the best days but this really made my morning a lot better. thank you barrelista coffee house!p.s customer service was amazing! give this place a goit’s worth every penny
Great coffee and great sandwiches. One of the hardest parts of dealing with moving from Martinez was leaving Barrelista behind. Lavender iced coffee and a salmon bagel was my go to. 6/5 stars

I've always had a good experience here. They've been conscientious of the community and have evolved quite a bit. Both new and old customers will probably dig their renovations. Bar in the back, and coffee in the front as they have been.
