First time try this place out. I Called in my order, and I wasn't familiar with their menu, person that took my order was thorough and wasn't rushing me to place the order in. I asked for the food to be ready by a certain time and it was. The food was very tasty, I enjoyed every bite of the food. Thank you and your employees for taking pride in your business.
So far one of the best burgers I've had in a while and even there onion rings you bite into them and they melt in your mouth
Had the Double Bacon Mushroom Burger and fries.It was a great burger. Huge and filling.Two thumbs up reccomended.
Disappointing. Saw all the reviews and was really hyped. Got the 9 oz steak dinner and a soda for $23. Was supposedly advertised with a small salad on the menu, but the manager said it was discontinued with the steak dinners. Steak was kind of bland and salty. Also the bread was dripping in oil for some reason.All the reviews had me excited to try this place but I was definitely disappointed.
I gave this place 1 star because I can't give them half a star. RAW BACON. NO CUTLERY. EGGS NOT COOKED PROPERLY. NO SEATING.FOOD IS VERY BLAND AND FLAVORLESS. Worst experience my wife and I have had in a long time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The employees were having their friends come in and eat while customers were trying to dine in peace.. horrible experience all around.
Well I needed it to redo this review . Been a year. I probably been there a couple dozen times just last year. It's the absolute best place to get a hamburger. And the careful handling and pride that goes into every burger at this landmark in Martinez never lets you down. There's a couple of good places around, but this place has the best burger. Or when I get double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions yummy. I know we have a lot of city workers that are on their way to work downtown Martinez. Well this is right on the way and it's a lot better tasting than any fast food restaurant and it's about the same price. Fast food is not that cheap anymore. I don't know why even go to them anymore.So go to Quarter Pounder on Pacheco best burgers in Contra Costa maybe the bay. There was a place in San Francisco called Circus Burger they're pretty good but if you're around here Quarter Pounder the Best.Also great great breakfast. So if your on your way to work and thinking about going and getting some fast food. Don't do it just don't do it fast food is bad for you. I give them one star everytime I end up going to 1. Their food is terrible for you.So go have a real breakfast at quarter pounder relax enjoy eat Mangia. You won't regret it. I promise you have my word.?.So covid is almost over and the 24 7 hours have changed alot there open early 6am and close at 10 pm. But the food is still the best in town. I see people lined up at run b run and i think dang there gunna spend just as much and get half as much food and flavor. Do your self a solid go over to mtz on pachaco and get full. Great food! Waitress was so nice, burger was fabulous, burrito as big as your head (well, maybe not quite, but huge and steaming hot), philly cheese steak sandwich was great and like others have mentioned, some of the best fries I have had anywhere. Cute little place, so glad google gave us this when we needed a quick pop off of 680 on our way from San Jose to Bliss!
My wife really like this place I guess it reminds her of her party days they used to have one in brentwood but it closed so now when ever we are in martinez our a close surrounding area this is where we go. Small place but good staff food isn't half bad.
I went there, too see if it was a good place. It sort of disappointed. The burgers were ok, the fries were a little bland, the onion rings were great and the chocolate shake tasted weird (I think it was a malt or bad ice cream). The staff was nice it did take about 20 minutes but it's not fast did. I might go back because I like local businesses.
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants. Good cooked American food!!Best part is they are 24hrs.
