I had the bull wrap and it was hands down the worst, most bland breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. It was missing a few of the listed ingredients as well and they forgot to put cream in my coffee. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but this place is a joke. Go elsewhere.
Great neighborhood cafe. Huge menu with plenty of food and drink options— everything I’ve had here has been excellent. Great upstairs too to work with free wifi. This has quickly become my go-to cafe!
The vibe here was like I entered a saloon, sidled up to the coffee bar, had to shout over the music, barely heard the barista, and had to wait a long time to get a pre-brewed cup of coffee. Next time I'll just got to sbux.

We stop here after our long walk on Sunday mornings. Rather help out a local cafe than to give our business to Starbucks (no outdoor seating/few tables inside) literally across the street. At Cow's, you have a lot of tourists visiting with outdoor seating. It's fun to just people watch from the outdoor patio (umbrellas for shade). The hot and cold drinks are up to par compared to major chains. They recently had some bakery goods called "Cruffins," which is a hybrid of a croissant and muffin. Absolutely yummy!
Not a bad spot for coffee, smoothies or breakfast near the beach. Lots of options for breakfast sandwiches, freshly made juice, smoothies, blended coffee drinks, and hot coffee and tea. Plenty of seating outside, some indoors as well. They have free wifi.Service is pretty slow, and it’s a little hit or miss if you’ll actually get what you order. I’ve been here a number of times and I’d say it’s wrong about 25% of the time. On my last visit couple of days ago, three people brought their orders back saying that they were not correct in the time I was waiting for my order. They are not particularly friendly, and they are clearly understaffed.Juices are made to order (nothing fancy, not cold pressed or organic but always delicious). Coffee is more than acceptable but not standout spectacular.All in all a decent, local spot near the beach for breakfast, juice and coffee. Worth a stop if you’re in the area and want something- probably not standout enough to go way out of the way for.
