Went for our grand daughter's 11th birthday. The service was great for a very busy Thursday night. The food was great. Thank you Paolo for the great service. You made us feel like family.

Today was really disappointing, after many years of visiting this place I've come to realize that the quality has gone down, the taste still there but so much cut in the servings that it's ridiculous, $180 spent and I get home to eat my desert and WTAF? My cheesecake serving looks like half of what the regular serving was, totally disappointing since they now give you half size for the same price.

They changed some of their menu items and its preparation again so don't order your old favorites. Try something  else for once or you'll be sorry. Even though I alerted the staff they informed me that that's how it's always been and I had to tell my server...."Oh, I am not crazy. It's all I ever order. And it is definitely different and more expensive." They really didn't seem to care and was super nice about not caring too. So we spent a total of $40 at the bar and $92 for dinner for the last time. I was being super nice too. Oh there was a 45 min wait for a table and only one operating bathroom for the whole restaurant. We waited 50 min for the restroom. I told the staff and they told me that the other two were closed today. They were super nice about that too.

We had to pay for parking in the lot, no street parking available anywhere in the area. There were extended lines waiting to be seated. Wait staff were friendly, but sparse. Food was looked good, but seemed not that tasty. Drinks were good. Maybe an off day.

Best place to come with family! There’s always so much people attending this specific location so I would recommend to have reservation set before going. Food was so good I really recommend everyone to try the stuffed mushrooms appetizers and spinach dip! The club sandwich was outstanding and so was the Louisiana styles pasta. I recommend the outside seating it just makes for such a better experience. ⛵️

We arrived for Sunday brunch with a reservation and were seated 15 minutes late. Then our server brought one incorrect dish and forgot to enter another. My wife had to go to the floor manager, and while they replaced the server and brought the missing dish, they did not fix the incorrect item on the bill despite saying they would. And the food was underwhelming across the board. I'm sure it's better when it's less crowded, but this was a very disappointing visit.

The Avocado Egg roles where good as usual. The Burger was ok. The Service was not so very good and the cleanness of the Restaurant was a 3/5. I would definitivly check out another cheese cake Restaurant instead of this one.

Party that I was with really wanna try Cheesecake Factory and we stopped here, BIG mistake. Place was nearly empty and we had to wait for one hour to be seated on a dirty table outside. Staff is super lazy and unprofessional, i cannot discuss about the food since I decided not to eat here after this welcoming experience.

You can never go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory. They have everything on the menu...and the cheesecakes are OMG delicious! Our server Hilda was so on point she was the bomb.com. Her prompt service and her very friendly personality we loved her. The next time I visit the Cheesecake Factory I will definitely be asking of Hilda could be my servicer.

I visited today with my husband, our daughter, her partner and 2 young children. The menu was quite long. We each ordered something different from the menu including mini slider burgers for the 3 year old. Drinks and bread arrived without delay. After waiting around 15 minutes without our mains we asked for more bread as we were quite hungry waiting for our food. One order was for the skinnylicious turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich. The server was advised that they had a nut allergy. Ten minutes after taking the order the server came back to say there was no bacon in the kitchen. He was advised that it was ok to proceed without the missing bacon. At this stage 2 of the 5 mains arrived, After another 10 minutes a 3rd main plus the 3 year old's main arrived. After a further 5 minutes the server came back to say that the bread was made outside and they could not confirm that it was nut free. (This is not unusual, however pointing this out 35 minutes after taking the order is rediculous). He was then asked to just make it up as a salad. At this stage the rest of the party had almost finished their late arriving food. Eventually the server arrived back with what looked like a tortilla wrap. But unfortunately it was nothing of the sort. It was paper aluminum wrapped up to hold together lettuce leaves, some small pieces of turkey and the tiniest slice of avocado. The accompanying salad consisted of some more dry salad leaves with a small slice of tomato!!! To add insult to injury the bill included the full price for a turkey, bacon, avacodo sandwich.
