Terrible service my food is completely chard burned after receiving attitude from cashier. I will not be coming back
The wrong order was delivered. Eight items were ordered and one item came. An item that wasn’t even on the original order. When I called, the person on the phone kept asking “what’s the problem, boss” and never listened. When I asked to speak to the manager it felt like he just handed the phone to the person that was passing by. No one ever said “I’m sorry the order was wrong.” The same a similar name happened to order at the same time. Maybe it would be good to check the address on the order. Would strongly suggest not ordering from here. And I wish they’d do customer service training with their staff.
Picked up a meal today noticed there was something spilled on the outside of the soup cup ask the young lady to wipe it off for me and said thank you. She didn’t say a word, and I could tell that she was bothered that I had asked her to clean the cup off.The food is great, but it’s three stars for me because she had a terrible attitude.
Visiting the LA area and went here for lunch.I had the salad greens, steak and mashed potatoes which were the highlight on the plate, so creamy ,smooth and delicious. I really couldn't get enough. The steak too was cooked nicely and the greens super fresh.I picked up a slice of Olive oil cake, yes that's right, and OMG wolfed it up later that evening.What a wonderful spot for delicious food at a decent price.Aloha
Uber eats driver stole my food. You should really use door dash and not farm your deliveries out to such a bad company. The two worst are Uber eats and postmates. Both of them the drivers steal more than they deliver.
Staff never told me that it’s all cashless over the phone as I was placing an order for pickup. And also only gave us half the order. Go to another restaurant to avoid the stupidity of this location.Edit: I am now giving another star because we got free items when my friend went back to get his order.They are trying to make it up and I do appreciate that.
Absolutely fresh food. Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff too. The Hibiscus tea was amazing and went well with my salad too. Have fun.
I love this Tender Greens location! The food is always healthy and delicious. My go to place every week, either for lunch or for dinner. You can’t go wrong if you order a plate (i normally choose tuna, spinach salad with goat cheese and mashed potatoes) or the pacific bowl. The green juice is also sooo yummy, and i think it’s homemade.The service is also always great! It’s very hard to find a place nowadays where the service is constantly great, the staff is kind, always in a good mood and professional.Pablo and Milton helped me today and I want to share that they’re amazing!!!
Keep making mistakes and thats really annoying when you pick up food and realize at home they gave you the wrong thing. Come on guys do you need me to double check in store every single time?
3 stars because of the really good price reward ratio also very tasty seasoning ! 13.50 for a good sized meal - salt and pepper chicken bowl with arugula and brown rice . Toast was not really warm though. And table sticky - not cleaned before … if you don’t care too much about ambience or service - and cheap prices but goodish food - this is for you!
