Really great experience. We tried a bunch of different things: tacos, burritos, nachos, chiles rellenos, enchiladas... Everything is so tasty and the portions are very generous. Plus it is very affordable. I totally recommend this place!
I ordered the bacon and sausage breakfast burritos for my roomate and I and they were actually quite delicious!!! They are clean and and the food is good and decently affordable $16 for two borritos + chips ?. I will definitely be back!
Food was tasty, the staff were friendly, the portion sizes were good and the price was right. My only complaint would be that the salsa is not very spicy, but that's just nitpicking.
I visited LA and this was the nearest taco spot to where I stayed. I had a bunch of tacos at other places my friends recommended, but found myself coming back here over and over. Not only was it the nearest, it was the best.Also, unlike many of the other places that were 'corporate' or 'touristy', this one seemed really connected to the neighborhood. I saw a lot of locals and service workers from nearby restaurants come in for meals.Regardless of what you get as your main course, I highly recommend grabbing a large bag of the tortillas and some of the red hot sauce to-go. your future self will thank you.
The food was delicious and the service wasgreat. Their little place is very clean. Which is very important these days. I shared the nachos with my husband, which was a big mistake... I could have eaten ten all by myself! Also try the Chile relleno, I got one a la carte. Delicious! Definitely will be going back.
Photos don’t do it justice! It’s hearty, feel-good food made to perfectly scratch an itch you didn’t know you had. Basics like beans and chicken pass the test by far, and even details like the sides of salsa and onions get the attention they deserve.
Ate here twice for breakfast on a short 3 day trip in CA! OH MY GOSH......it was so amazing! Next time I'm in Venice Beach area, I will be back! Delicious!! Wonderful!

I was in LA for training and stayed at the Hilton in Marina Del Rey. Asked where was decent Mexican close by. The receptionist mentioned “the taqueria up the street is pretty good.” So I went and it’s some of the best comfort food I have had in years. I ate here 4 times (3 dinner and 1 breakfast) and the food is simply fantastic and very consistent (just keep in mind I was angling for comfort food). Their dinner burritos are simply fantastic as was their chile rellenos. Their refried beans are nothing short of heavenly). Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the people who work there very friendly and helpful. I never ordered anything there…..I asked the people who worked there what they liked and each cashier chose different dishes and every single choice was excellent. The cashiers knew many of the customers when I was there which clearly indicates repeat business. If I were local I’d be one of them who would frequent this place. I strongly recommend and will miss this place.
