Ordered delivery and my salad arrived minus all premium toppings. Where is the olo captain?
The worst online ordering experience I have ever had. Order was 40 minutes late for pickup. By the time I got my food, they had forgotten to put the dressing in. Came back to work with no dressing so I can't eat the salads that I paid $28 for. I am fighting the charge. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN.
I got their chicken pesto bowel. It was really good. I added on the avocado and adeed extra broccoli. But it really didn't look like there was any extra broccoli in it, there wasn't much. I had this delivered and there were no issues there. I would order again, just won't add any additional toppings.
Delish and super healthy salads. I didn’t expect to love it from the description (sounded too healthy and filled with certain veggies I didn’t like) but all mixed together it was 12/10 highly recommend
Food is good; however, the service is beyond horrid. This is my first time going to sweet green. I was served by an employee named Tayy. While I was standing for her to prepare my order, she would ask me what I wanted with my bowl, but I couldn’t hear what she said because the music was on full blast in the restaurant. She proceeded to give me a look and an attitude whenever she scoops the ingredients and puts it in the bowl. I told her that I couldn’t hear her properly because of the music and she was so unbothered by what I said. At one point, she even shook her head before leaving the bowl for me to pick up as if I was annoying her. I don’t think I will ever go back again, and please treat all of your customers with respect.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled an order a day ahead, and was told in the morning that it would be delayed and said they gave me a credit. Never received the credit. I then received a refund with no explanation. The order was still active in the app. I reached out to customer service and they didn’t reply for almost an hour; at this point it was nearly two hours late and I didn’t know if it was coming. Customer service replied saying it was cancelled. They didn’t apologize, acknowledge anything I said, or try to make it right. I never got any credit or apology. It was a lunch order and it’s now 2:30pm when I finally find out it’s been cancelled.
Selection of salads and bowls,option for self-assembly, large selection of organic vegetables. I enjoy eating there because they maintain a high level of cleanliness, the kitchen is open and see how they wash the vegetables and especially the leaves. The dressings are so delicious, there are many vegan options.
Expensive and unsafe. We paid almost $40 (2 salads and 1 drink) for me and my husband. After lunch, we both got sick because of the food.
