Would have given a negative Star for this dirty Starbucks with homeless hanging around. Plus the customer service was very much hateful.
Nothing bad or extraordinary, just the good Starbucks quality coffee and service.

The Baristas are kind, Caring and Attentive. This is easily the best Starbucks in the area and they remember names faces and drinks. Total Local Vibe. Love it. And their Tip Jar Humor is like no other.
Poor customer service, lady Garcia was too rude, lt’s too bad for Starbucks with this kind of employee.
Honestly the worst Starbucks service ever. The lady who manages the Venice location sits around on her computer all day without a mask while making her employees refuse service to people who don’t have masks, totally self righteous behavior, she should be fired. Without her mask she ordered me to leave unless I had a mask and when I asked her why she didn’t need to wear one she excused herself by saying she’s vaccinated. Practice what you preach or get off the pulpit. Zero for customer service, shame on the management here.

It's a good Starbucks! Very clean and the staff is nice. No public restroom but that's understandable. Fast and high quality service. Awesome!
Rude service, dirty place, mediocre coffee. Just go across the street to Cow’s End Cafe, you will not regret it
