Today I ordered 2 burgers. They were uncooked. I asked to recook my food and was told by management to go elsewhere because they were too busy and didn’t have time for games. The service at the other locations are very helpful and kind. Marina Del Rey is a joke! Management will be on their cell phones laughing and playing and claim they are busy? My question is how can you be so rude as a manager??? I suggest customer service training for the management here because the other locations make the food correctly and are always pleasant. Natalie is so rude.
Shakes, burgers and rock n roll tucked in the back of Waterside in Marina Del Rey. It is the California version of Happy Days with mile high burgers and tasty shakes. At the end of a hectic day, there is nothing more relaxing than stepping into this harbor side oasis for an afternoon snack. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere.
Fast service, and friendly staff!Staff went above and beyond. And the food was delicious ?
I am a plant-based eater for med reasons and only eat plant-based/vegan food. I went to Shake Shack last week with a friend for lunch, and realized they do not offer any burger a plant-based person can eat! They do have a burger for vegetarians, a veggie burger that has cheese mixed into it! WHO DOES THAT! Most restaurants you can remove the cheese and your good. I was disappointed.I wanted to go somewhere for lunch my friend likes and enjoys. My friend was just as surprised as me they didn't offer a burger I could eat. I asked if I could go out and bring something from elsewhere and sit with my friend there. The server was very pleasant and allowed me to do so.
It was ok. Only option for vegetarians is a fried portobello “burger”, which is about the size of a regular McDonald’s hamburger and $9. The fries are really good, and the featured coffee shake was alright but didn’t really have much flavor apart from being really sweet. Considering the area, I’m surprised they don’t offer a beyond or impossible burger and a plant based chicken patty.
It’s OK. Burgers are indeed tasty, but they’re so small and so overpriced! Single burger with cheese lettuce tomatoes will cost you $7. Add some tastier toppings, some fries, and a shake and you’ll be well over $20 almost $25. It’s ridiculous. At In N Out, you get the same tasty burger, but bigger, for much less. And the staff are friendlier at in n out. It’s an overall better experience there.
Finally good burger in the neighborhood. Was told about their burgers and from first visit I loved it! Taking longer than the average fast food, but totally worth the wait.
Was forced to wear a mask to punch in my order, however less than 2 feet away was the gable I could sit at WITHOUT my mask on. I guess COVID knows it's boundaries....
I didnt know how to work kiosk. So I had to order after my son got his food because the guy was helping somewhere else.
Great burgers served to your table. Clean place abundant parking.
