If I’m honest the pizza was thin, oily and not to my taste. I’m sure other will like it but it wasn’t for me.
I love this place!! Just moved to LA and I stumbled across this place in my neighborhood. I am not a crust guy, but let me tell you they have it down for the crust, gourmet pizza ?, must go! Also this is my new favorite soda in the pic below that they had. Sampa’s is a gem, plus all friendly staff and overall good vibes:))

Delicious! We tried the São Paulo and Calabresa pizzas, as well as the Beijinho cake, and we felt back in Brazil. Staff is super nice too. We’ll definitely be back when we visit LA again.
We were lured in by “best pizza on the west side” and it was ok at best. Had to wait 15 minutes to even put in our order. The “Buffalo boneless chicken” did not come with Buffalo sauce on it- had to add ourselves. The sauce was straight Frank’s, so not great. I liked the pizza, both my daughter and husband did not care for the flavor. Our slice we got separate from the whole pizza was burned on the end. Overall, decent but slightly disappointed.
Did not think this slice was special at all. Small, not sure what qualifies at Brazilian Style. $3.95. Don't mind paying but deliver on quality if I do. Could have been a re-heated Pizza Hut slice. Always be skeptical of "voted best pizza". Did not try the coffee, but it had the same claim.
After spending the day on my feet, walking into Sampa's was akin to walking into an oasis.So many incredible flavours - available as a whole pizza or per slice - at the best price around. They make everything as it's ordered so you know what you're getting is hot, fresh and sure to satisfy and exceed your hunger.Nicole was so great at helping me order and had a cheerful and up-beat attitude even while things got busy. Marvelous work!Next time I'm in California, I'll definitely be back!
Nice little spot. Nice person behind the counter. Food is great but overpriced for the portion sizes. Happy to pay the price if the portion matches. Left still hungry after eating the the chicken/mozzarella panini and a slice of pizza. Both undersized for the prices.
When you order a pizza with extra toppings at a rate of close to 1.50 per, don’t be cheap and not add the toppings.Half the pizza was missing multiple toppings. No price adjustment was offered ??
This pizza is exactly what the Dr. ordered!Amazing! The crust, the cheese, the sauce!Magnificent! To top it off!If you don’t notice how incredibly clean the store is, there must be something wrong with you. Was the first thing I noticed!Then the staff.
