Issue 1: I arrived at 7:25 for my 7:30 reservation and was told by the hostess, “we are getting your table ready…” which was totally understandable. After a 40 minute wait, something didnt seem right so if I walked up to the front and asked the hostess how much longer we needed to wait. Her response was, “do you have a reservation?” I explained to her that SHE told me they were getting our table ready 40 minutes ago. Her reply was “ oh ok”. Nothing else. No other words. I dont expect to be compensated in any way or form but I believe people should at least acknowledge when they have make a mistake. Issue 2: After we were seated they said they will bring us bread. We never ever received any. In my opinion, personal warranty, no matter how trivial the task, is something you should have. Issue 3: Didnt split the check correctly. I requested they split the bill equally on 3 different credit cards but the individual bills were not equal. Our waiter acknowledged his mistake and was greatful because the charge on one of the cards was off by a decimal place. (Much less than the actual amount) When you come to a Ruth Chris restaurant you have certain expectations and you are willing to pay for those expectations. You go for the experiece; not only for the great food. When you are missing half of that equation it no longer works. No longer worth the money. Its unfortunate but I was not be returning to this Ruth Chris restaurant anymore unless training for the staff is significantly improved.

I didn’t appreciate how we were treated when we arrived . I asked about outside dining and I was told that it would be a long wait so I said we’ll take the inside dining she said the bars available but I said no because I just had a Cast took off my arm and she told my bf to have a seat anywhere except for if it have reserve signs he said down our waitress came over and told us to move that it was reserved for someone but it didn’t have a reserve sign that made us wait like 30 minutes and we had a reservation for 430 to still end up at the outside diner don’t appreciate the wait nor the attitude.. I Visit Ruth Chris frequently and have spent thousands of dollars

Jack is always the perfect Host.

They were overbooked for outside dinning. We had to sit inside. Very crowded. Did not feel safe from Covid.

Good food and good drinks. BBQ Shrimp and Spicy Shrimp were great!

Under seasoned food, poor menu options for non red meat eaters.

Damien was our waiter and there’s no words to describe the amazing customer service he displayed the knowledge of the menu and cocktails down to how every item is prepared this was the best dining experience we’ve experienced at Ruth Chris all around amazing

I used to love Ruth’s Chris but it seems like the quality of the food has really taken a downturn. The steak was tough and over seasoned. It was a filet and yet not tender nor free of fat. The Adi gratin potatoes were bland and flavorless. And at $14 for a side of anything, I would expect it to be better. We sat outside and they seated people next to us who had a dog with them. It used to be a luxurious experience with delicious food, that now seems like an everyday meal that costs WAY more than what it should. The Beverly Hills location is much better or at least it used to be. I can’t imagine I’m going to spend $200 here again. If it’s going to cost that much, I’d rather go to Hillstone or BOA for a steak.

Our waitress Lindsey was amazing. She was very sweet and we truly enjoyed our brief conversation with her. Lindsey we wish you the best of luck on your journey in Los Angeles!
