Enjoy the food and the service is amazing. Honestly and I know management knows, their hours are horrible. They never are open based on the hours posted and they never ever change or address it. I’m sorry but as a business you should stick to the hours that you claim and if it’s due to not having staff, we’ll all I can say is that you should pay them more.

It been years since I have been to a Rubio's. Do wish they came to Atlanta!The meal was excellent however the wait for my order was incredibly long...I ordered to eat there....I waited 15 minutes before I went to the counter. The cashier asked me if. I was number #. I said yes and she proceeded to take my order to my table. Not sure how long my order was waiting before I asked...but it was too long. They seemed more concentrated on the to go orders than the patrons inside.
I got a mahi mahi burrito plus chips and 2 types of salsa. I used to get this burrito and it was awesome. When I got home and started eating, I couldn't taste anything. I panicked and thought I had COVID (I had COVID before and lost all sense of taste). I tried eating some other food from the fridge to test it out and could taste those. So I guess their food is really that flavorless and bland. Like literally completely tasteless. I asked to substitute chipotle sauce for sour cream and they charged me extra and didn't put any sour cream on it. It was soooo dry. Either Rubios has gone downhill or it's just this location. All I know is I'm not eating there again.

I forgot how much I love Rubio's shrimp tacos (fish are great too). So flavorful and packed full of rock shrimp. Staff is great, as it's always been. I've never eaten there, and enjoyed lunch at one of the tables out front, in the sun, with a friend, on a perfect Spring day. Rubio's, I promise not to be a stranger!
