The good:They have a nice patio area that is dog friendly and, of course, the beer. The bad:No actual servers. You order online via a QR code or at the bar, and food is run out to you. Zero service. I guarantee I would have ordered at least 2 more beers if a server would have asked if I wanted another beer... Of course I want another beer! This place is losing 20-30% per check by not having having servers. You are getting the same level of service you would get at a Carl's Jr.The ugly:The food is mediocre. I ordered an underwhelming $17 steak sandwich. Subway would have been more filling, and better tasting for about half the price. This place is doing the bare minimum, but charging you like they are giving you healthy portions and great service. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2 is because the beer is good.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who found the ordering and tipping process a turn-off.Inevitably someone has to show up to give you your food so what’s a few more minutes to actually take your order. The food was really good. Beer was good but why can’t I get the same size beer as others? This was my first time at this place and nope.

Excellent beer and nice rustic ambience. Pet friendly too.I hit the Submit button twice. And it ended up charging my CC twice. I called them and minutes later a refund showed up. It was my fault. But they fixed it Pronto. Awesome folks.

This is one of our usual spots (I’ve probably been here 15+ times in the last 6 years). The addition of the outdoor patio during the pandemic was a great additional to the dining experience. This is a great staple for a consistently good experience, but it won’t knock anyones socks off in the food quality department. The convenience is great though, it’s usually never a hassle to get a last minute table on a busy weekend.

2 stars is me trying to be nice. The QR code system is a horrible way to service patrons. Call me old school but I strongly desire having an employee or representative of the establishment to assist with the ordering and checkout process. I'm hoping this location's use of the QR system is just a pilot program that will be phased out in favor of having an employee assisting parties at their tables. That being said the 2 stars are for the couple of employee interactions we had that were pleasant and good food/beer.

We walked by and decided to try Firestone. You order from your phone at the table and they deliver. Even though this was not full service we were asked at least three times if we needed anything. The beer list is extensive. The sours were delicious. We split the brew house burger and it was delicious! So good! The fries also good. I would come back again! Outdoor area has heaters, open space, family oriented or friends night out.

Go to your local microbreweries, your money is best spent elsewhere. For getting the goods directly from the brewery, you'd expect to get a great deal. Not here, they charge the same for their beer that any restaurant charges in LA with the weirdest glass size choices. The Brew pizza was really good, but again you're going to run a tab that's more typical at better restaurants in the area. The ordering system was a huge turn off. Each time you order they charge a service fee. No wait staff, so the experience is just awkward

Bad reviews from me are rare. This will be one. I had been here long before COVID for lunch and recall it being good. Today I went for lunch with my wife. We were handed a laminated menu with utensils and napkins and told to take a table of our choosing. The tables have QR codes on them for ordering. Your expected to order and pay for for meal at the same time along with being asked to add a tip. We ordered two sandwiches, a shrimp po-boy and a tri-tip. They’re brought to the table and we’re asked if we need anything else. Water? You serve yourself at stations. The lunch was $43. The sandwiches were nothing special and the portions of meat and shrimp were small. I suspect others are in the know about what Firestone has become as the place was empty at the top of the lunch hour. I was very disappointed. More at myself for not walking out as soon as I saw the ordering process. I’m done with this place.

A very nice selection of tasty beers. My daughter suggested this place and we had fun. Very fun staff too. We did not get any food but I did see other patrons eating and the food looked awesome. Have fun.

Great beer and good food. What else can you ask for?
