Can not get in contact with the store and when u finally do it’s a bot that doesn’t understand or connect to the customer service. Absolutely the worst service not on the employees but the BUSINESS. The bot answering machine is NOT it. Either hire people to answer the phone or pay for a better bot connecting service to help with an issue. Terrible
Came in at 9:10pm on 4/19/22 and was craving quesadillas. Apparently the machine they make the quesadillas in was “broken” yet when I come back to order a burrito 2-3min later they use the “broken” machine to heat up the tortilla. ? seemed like this location gets tons of nagging customers cause everyone seemed like they were over it to be honest. Trash cans were filled to the top, haven’t tried my food yet (I’m hoping it’s good) but from the demeanor I got from employees, it’s gonna be mediocre ?
I love Chipotle tho this particular branch made me feel very unwelcomed. 2 of the employees looked at me and the customers before me as if they were irritated that we were ordering food and then i was charged extra for 2 orders of guacamole which I did not order or receive. Will not be going to this branch in the future and I would advise anyone else to try a different branch.
Horrible. Was my favorite location. Now it’s a total s**thole. They make orders wrong, horrifically small portions, and please, NEVER, I repeat, NEVER mobile order. They are ALWAYS BACKED UP BY AT LEAST 15 MINS. God the employees are like 17 years old and have no experience. Masks below the nose. UGHHH!!!! (writing this review while my order is 17 mins late..)
I wish I could give a zero star. The person in front of me didn't take the vax and asked if she could at least eat outside on their tables. The rude clerk told her no and that Chipotle company policy is that everyone needs to be vaccinated in order to dine inside or outside. Meanwhile, tables were dirty and the trash can was overflowing. Even though I wasn't involved directly, I walked out after witnessing this. I never liked this location anyway, as their staff is usually unfriendly. The last time I was there it took the entire staff to figure out how to process my gift card, backing up the line for other customers and it made me feel bad for them because their food was getting cold. I will NEVER return to this location.

Completely incompetent. Walked in and ordered two salads at 6pm. Went through the full order process and only when we were about to pay said they had no dressing… Now have two bowls of dry lettuce that are basically inedible. Workers clearly could not care less about what they’re doing.

By far the worst chipotle. In orders they never bring the full items. One of the things are always super salty. Also red haired woman working there is a total Karen. Do not eat here, I am leaving this review after giving them the 100th chance. Totally disgusting
When it’s good it’s great! When it’s bad… it’s dry and gross.By the way never ask for delivery they will get something wrong. Always pick up in store. Much better!
