Pleasant patio to eat at for group lunch. Service was a little spotty, maybe because there weren't many tables taken.
Slow service. 30-60 mins wait to be seated on peak evenings. Want a refill? Parmesan? Good luck getting a waiter/ess to get you that. Staff are definitely trying hard, but this rating is based on my experience, not how hard the staff is working. Food was good, and everything else was as to be expected from any chain CPK.

I don't know what they did, maybe they changed management, but CPK is back in the Marina the way it should be--perfect.We have ordered there so many times now I have lost count and each and every time our order is perfect and the service is great. We have not eaten inside much, but when we do the service is friendly and fast and the food great.We have been doing CPK take away at least 10 times in the past few months. It is that good. We call it in or just walk in. The manager there is so great. If there is the slightest problem, they are on it right away. They tell us when to pick up and it is hot and ready the minute we get there. All of their take away is as good as eating there, and that is not usually my experience with a lot of other take aways.We love all of their pizza and now have been through the entire menu of pizza. We have not tried the cauliflower dough and never will, just not our thing. The five cheese is so great and the shrimp pizza and Thai pizza are some of our favorites.We also love their bread and they give you plenty if you ask, I do and I get extra and it is so good. It is always fresh.Their pastas are also very good. We especially love all of their salads. Try their chopped or Italian or Caesar. Just wow.This is now our favorite CPK and we are so open to be able to go local again. So go there.
I picked up a very large take away order yesterday;1. No thank you from the person helping me and my order was over $3002. She didn’t even offer to help me carry the order out to the car3. One of The chicken tequila pastas was missing. When I called to obtain a refund, no apology for the inconvenience. The manager Luis said the lady said she remembered packing it, this means I am lying? Why would I lie about that.Horrible customer service!! I will not be back to this location.Check your takeaway orders before you leave!! I should’ve done that before leaving the restaurant.I did send an email to the email u posted below. No one from CPK has contacted me about my experience. Please don’t act like you are concerned
For the last two years I have been coming to this location for dinners. Location is great. Quality in the past was pretty good, staff were great and had great knowledge about the establishment.... Unfortunately, the last few visits have gone downhill. A week ago, the bread, served prior to dinner, was warm and fresh, but at dinner(well, after dinner!!!!!!!) it was stale. That has never happened before. Food was quite alright, but unfortunately the waiter didn't seem to be "right there". The pasta dinners arrived but not the bread, and after a few attempts with the waiter, we just gave up. It did however arrive to us when we had finished dinner!!! Really?!?! Bread after dinner?.Finally, yesterday I made an other attempt. Envited 3 friends of mine, my treat. My pizza was quite alright, however my friends were very unhappy with the quality of the food(even though they did not have to pay). I believe one had a pizza, one a pasta and the last a fish dish. Two of them enjoyed the quality of the margaritas though. Yet, it was a bit embarrassing that I treated them here and they were unsatisfied with the quality of the food.I have to be honest and say I am hesitant to return again.Please Mr/Ms manager, do not respond with a"At your earliest convenience...."If you find that you would like to contact me, then you will find my email on my profile.Andree, former restaurant owner.

Good food, decent experience, just be prepared for a wait! We had to wait about half an hour for our food when doing takeout.
At the end of us eating, a roach crawled on the side of the wall near our table. I ask the Manager Henry/Hector Lopez to refund my money, it's been a week and he still has not. This was very disgusting and I hate we saw at the end of eating. Henry/Hector took a long time to get to the table. He even stated he was doing something therefore he couldn't regund my money right away. My 8yr old son was with me and taking him for pizza became a Debby Downer once the roach came on the scene. As a Manager HECTOR OR HENRY LOPEZ should have stopped everything and assisted me. A roach is disgusting. Also, my soup was cold and the food wasn't very tasty at all on top of a dirty may roach.
