I went through the drive-through instead of walking in and it took twice as long the best bet would go inside , your food seems to be better.
Ordered a plain cheese burger, they forgot the cheese and the meat was brunt... ¡gotta be kidding me!... Same order-asked for sauce on the side for green beans-forgotten. SAME ORDER-ordered a salad w no onions, they forgot the entire salad...¡wtf!...Went back, told the manager "im missing a salad please make it correctly" without onions due to food allergies...(*pause* at this point do you think they got it rite?) my wife ate an onion in the salad and had an allergic reaction, the entire $40 order is now in the trash...little issues happen all the time with this location like forgetting minor things in the order and we ALWAYS let it slide, you never hear a peep from us because we also have a restaurant in the bay area and we know how crazy it gets in the kitchen but seriously enough is enough, we wont be back to the Manteca location. If upper management is reading this let it be known the person who actually took my order did a great job ie: everything was correct on the receipt there is a major disconnect between the person who takes the orders and the cook/manager/window person. IMO if you want Habit Burger done rite goto Tracy they wont let you down.
The food is good, but it took 20 minutes in the drive through for a burger and fries. There were only 3 cars (including me).
Why are these green beans so good? Why dont they give you very many? When my order is correct, everything is delicious.
I ordered a #6 combo and an impossible burger combo. I added a slice of pineapple & cheese to my impossible burger and no tomato. The #6 should have had teriyaki sauce. $30+ later I received my drinks promptly but waited 13 additional minutes to receive 2 impossible burgers with cheese and pineapple as well as both having tomatoes, raw/half cooked fries mixed with old fries. Further, the attitude of the person at drive through window was a bit to be desired. This definitely will be the last time I patronize this business! A total waste of money
Horrible customer service, my sons chicken sandwich was completely raw in the middle. Took it back and no apology whatsoever. Maybe try hiring somebody other than teenagers as managers at your establishment. Wont be going back
I always have issues here. Burgers never made as ordered. Decided I wasn’t going to eat here anymore, then I got a coupon for my birthday for a free char burger. Decided ok I’ll give it another try. I order $39 worth of food, get to the window they scan the code I was sent. They tell me I’ve already used it and looked at me like I’m trying to swindle them out of free food. Now I’m definitely not going back to this location. Absolutely ridiculous! And the staff is always sooooo rude!!

The food is fresh and tastes good.
It was great. To bad they coock the frice and waiting for the rest of the order and you end up with cold sogi potato. But it's still great place to go
