I come every time this store And bought coffeeToday I bought a Coffee and bagel and they give me wrong bagel and then they ask me we are closing our lobby that's ok I came back to the door because of my bagel no body respond and then I came to drivethru and ask for the bagel and then they give me this person not even can eat it that's totally burnt.

Very unfriendly this morning in drive thru -The funny thing is the car in front of me she was very friendly talkative greeted her everything but when I pulled up to the window it was a complete different interaction even after I wasn’t greeted I paid for my stuff she handed me my stuff I said thank you and she still didn’t say a word to me I won’t be back at the Starbucks location .
This has been my go to place for the last two years and I have always received exceptional service from the morning and night baristas but lately I’ve noticed that the lobby has been closed a lot even when I see a lot of workers inside.
The 2 Baristas which pulled the fancy cup they were selling off their store shelf to show me in the drive-thru window were great. Thank you! I didn't buy coffee, but I bought 2 of these fancy cups.

Nice little Starbucks to meet someone, or hangout with someone in. The customer care is always spectacular
They're consistent with menu items and getting orders out fast. My go to place most of the time. The few hiccups that happen are the times they get the drinks wrong and don't add the add-ons requested. I tend to open my drinks and check for the add ons before I leave.
