The customer service is terrible. I ordered a coffee over mobile and went in to pick it up as I was notified through the app that my order is ready. Not a single worker stopped to help me. I understand how food service and customer service works and it won’t hurt you to take a second to ask me what I need so we can all go about our day. I waited for my coffee for an extra 20 mins. Mind you I was the only person inside the store.
I only gave a 1 star so I can write a comment disgusting.. Nasty!! My breakfast sandwich had two long hairs in it never again SMH!

My least favorite starbucks. The drive thru line always takes forever and my espresso shots always taste bad. I’d rather spend the extra gas and go to the one on union
Worst of worst Starbucks I ever been . I order online pickup when I was in store the order was not ready for 24min. I keep asking about my order to the employee they ignore me. Worst and instead of salted cold brew got the hot coffee after waiting 24min. Will never be back

I just had to wait a couple of minutes for fresh coffee for free today on Veterans Day.
Nothing like waiting in a long drive through line for them to tell you they don't have what you ordered and you can't leave because cars are lined up in front and back of you. How do you run out of coffee and tea at a place that specializes in selling coffee and tea?
Never been to a Starbucks with no line! Loving it!
Just moved to Manteca, went in to listen to a recording with my bluetoothed headphones and type it up. Music was SOOOO LOUD i could not hear ANYTHING. It was blasting like a club. The selling point to most starbucks is being able to go in and get work done on your laptop in peace. Loud sounds make it impossible to get anything done. I will not be returning.
